Anyone who is hesitant about buying online should not be concerned when buying from these guys!

I purchased a fridge and washing machine and the fridge was delivered the very next business day! Amazing! The beat the best quote I could find on both prices. Not matched but beat the price.

They did however forget the hose cable for the water dispenser (fridge door has a water thing). However when I called to let them know it was missing they were very apologetic and instantly offered us something for the inconvenience. I asked them if instead of whatever it was that they offered if they could very kindly ask the manufacturer to give us another filter for the fridge as we cant seem to locate where to buy them. She said she would do her best and sure enough we got a free filter! I couldnt believe it!

We bought a upright freezer from this company and saved about $60 to the nearest offer. Free delivery was a bonus. It arrived on the day what we wanted and had a phone call earlier on to make sure we would be there. Will buy from them in the future.

We have bought a fridge and a vaccum cleaner from these guys and they were great! Both deliveries on time and as well as being free delivery they offer you a choice of delivery days so it's very convenient. They can usually deliver within a couple of days too. The fridge was the lowest price we could find, we did actually find the vaccum cleaner $30 cheaper on another site so they matched the price for us. Site is also very user friendly. Highly recommend for both price and service.

Our fridge gave up the ghost on a Sunday a week or so ago, blew the power and we had just put all the groceries from our shopping in there. Within two days we had a replacement fridge at a great price and they took the old one away and the packaging from the new one. 5 star service and value!

When the washing machine I had ordered was going to be delayed, they offered me another brand which had a higher rating which worked out excellently.They also take away your old appliance which is a great service.I will buy from them when the next appliance needs replacing.

These guys are definitely worth dealing with. We've bought a washing machine, fridge, freezer, portable air conditioner and food processor from them. The items have always been very cheap, and in one case they price matched another website and took $75 off. They have always been easy to deal with.

On one occasion we had to wait a bit longer than we thought for an item, but I guess this comes with buying online. One item (the food processor) was delivered to the middle of South Australia 2 days after ordering, which was great.

The only real downside is that they use Allied Express. This means that sometimes even though they dispatch the item quickly, the deliver can take a long time or get held up.

You can also get Virgin Velocity points (1 per dollar) for using them, although they don't make it very obvious up front. You have to login first at shopandearn.com.au and then click on the link to their site. This is a good way to get a large amount of points on expensive items (e.g. fridge, freezer, washing machine) as well as your credit card points.

In summary, they are my go-to place for appliances now.

A great experience -- they price-matched another website, delivered on a day of our choosing before Christmas and helped us dispose of our old vacuum cleaner (which was starting to smell like fireworks!). Friendly, no-nonsense customer service. We've already bought two things from Appliances Online and hope to buy more stuff from them in future.

Competitively priced, delivered on time. Though 2 goods needed replacing due to problem on delivery, however they attended to the problem straight away and organised replacement goods the very next day, 2 days before Christmas. They price match with major retailers, offer a discount for bulk purchases, free installation and removal of old goods which is very useful.

I've bought twice from these guys. On both occasions I placed the order and scheduled a delivery date only to receive a phone call to be told they don't have stock and can't honour the delivery date. On the second occasion they couldn't provide the oven I ordered at all because the stock was end of line. They gave me the supposed like for like replacement model which they said would be at the same price when it lists, only to list the new model several weeks later at hundreds of dollars less (despite telling me it would list at the same price via email). Meanwhile they kept on advertising the old model which they couldn't supply!!! Three emails later and many phonecalls and they agreed to refund the money. I also concur with the review below that they don't turn up when you expect, and I also got a 7am phone call to say they were only 10 minutes away. To top it off, if you take the appliances online price down to any of the big high street retailers, they will beat the price.
