Delivery ....Dont believe that they will deliver on time or even on the correct day. They outsource their deliveries to contractors who will deliver when they are ready. Even with the discounts , it's not worth it

Just received 92litre upright freezer. Absolutely fantastic perfect for my elderly mother she was very happy with the service and delivery It was a seamless service. Would recommend appliances online

I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. A week after our fridge was supposed to be delivered and we are still waiting. It took THREE days of calling them for someone to answer and give us any form of information about where our fridge was.

I cannot believe how great appliances online are!! My old washing machine 'died' yesterday so I got online and checked out new washing machines prices etc ordered from appliances online and today my new machine arrived was connected and the old one taken away. Seriously excellent service I didn't even lose one day of washing. Highly recommended I wont bother looking anywhere else for appliances from now on!!

Prices are not competitive.
Delivery was a nightmare.
Damaged our floors while installing fridge, and refused to compensate the damage.

After 2 weeks research and comparing washing machines I finally found a great priced washer that I wasnt sure of the brand so researched it and decided this one was for me esatto 7 kg for $403 was impressive for an italin brand.
Appliances online was so easy to order,pay by paypal for extra assurance. receipt recieved in minutes in my email.
Txt to say drivers will ring me next day for delivery which they txt early saying between 10/11 am. I had the old washer all ready for them to take away,rang me at ten saying be here in an hr,showed up in half an hr, efficent guys,wheeled my old machine out whilst the other guy unboxed the new one in the driveway. All in all everything was done in 15 min. Really happy with my purchase,was a 7 kg machine for a great price and extra warranty under the care package.guys were friendly,purchase was effortless. I do love how the appliance online site have a video as well to show the item,thats really helpful .thanks guys,never thought id say it but i couldnt wait to do washing lol

I'd used appliances online for white goods a number of years ago (where they use their own delivery infrastructure) and have found it to be fantastic. Yes, you have to spend a day at home waiting for it to arrive, but the delivery responsiveness is still pretty good. For other categories however they are atrocious. I made my order over a week ago and AusPost has not even picked it up! A dodgy ebay vendor would do a better job.
