The quality and service here is hit-and-miss.

The good: The store is clean and new with nice decor and on site tables and chairs. The food usually comes quickly.

The bad: When ordering over the phone, they cannot tell you the cost in advance for some reason. This is compounded by the fact that you have to pay cash only. The fish and chips are sometimes fresh but on multiple occasions the chips have been stale and the fish batter very oily and not crunchy. We've stopped coming to this place as there is a much nicer place nearby in Hocking.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped me to design a side panel for my pergola out of fencing materials which wasn't a standard thing. They also were easy to deal with when I had to return a drill that failed. Their prices for common things (e.g. fence posts, tools) aren't the best but they stock items you can't get elsewhere which is great. They are also easy to access from the freeway.

These guys are very friendly and helpful and have a good range of pets and garden supplies. I found a very nice windmill ornament for out front garden that I hadn't seen elsewhere. They also have a loyalty program with vouchers once you reach a certain number of points. They aren't especially cheap, but still decent value and conveniently located.

Our family has been to this place around 8 times now over the last few years so I feel confident giving this review. It was the first place of its kind that we visited, so initially we were quite impressed. However after frequenting a number of these indoor play centres, it pales in comparison somewhat.

To start out positive, our kids absolutely love the place and are always excited to go. And on a rainy or hot weekend, it a great place to be able to give them some good exercise. The equipment is fun and the climbing frame/slide structure is impressive, towering over the tables and chairs nearby.

There are a few negatives however.

1. The lack of maintenance is quite disappointing. My boys love the "ball shooters" and other compressed air equipment that shoots soft foam balls into the air and at each other. However every time we go there are a large number of the machines aren't working. It feels like you are not getting what you pay for. You could understand the occasional breakdown but it's an ongoing issue that never seems to get fixed.

2. It's quite a small space, which means it can get very crowded and on rainy weekends you probably won't get a table.

3. One of their slides empties into an enclosed area where you have to climb over an almost waist-high barrier to get out. This is impossible for small children, but small children can easily get to the top of the slide. This area is out of the way and dark, so few adults see it. I once found a very distressed little girl trapped in there. I notified the management of this and they seemed receptive. (They even encourage you to fill out feedback forms). However after writing a number of letters about the above issue, it still hasn't been fixed after 3 years.

So in summary, it's still worth going, but there are other places that provide a better experience for a lower cost.

This review is for Electro Boy, Wanneroo WA

We had a large amount ($2500) of retro-fitting work done to our house, including new lights, fans, power points and data connections.

Electro Boy were the first to provide a quote, and their price was very reasonable. We had one much lower quote (which we avoided) and 2 others that were a fair bit more.

The work was done fairly quickly in a reasonable time frame.

The best thing about Mat and Tom were that they were very easy to talk to and deal with. In any large job there are bound to be some minor issues or things that don't quite go as expected. Mat and Tom were happy to discuss these and sort them out without trying to weasel out of anything.

There were a few things they had to come back and fix (faulty network points, fan switches installed the wrong way) and it did take them a while to do this. Plus they claimed a fan was faulty and missing parts but it turned out to be installed incorrectly. Thankfully though they did the right thing and covered the bill from the manufacturer's electrician.

When it came to the the final bill they stuck to the price they had quoted. We had asked for some additional items along the way and Mat was easy to negotiate with (without getting narky) so that we were both happy with the cost for the extras.

After renovating our house we have dealt with some very annoying tradies so dealing with Electro Boy was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.

These carpet cleaners were referred by a friend but I was not impressed. Firstly they arrived late. Secondly their machine broke down and kept tripping the power in the house so they had to go and get another one. One of the guys didn't seem to know how to use the equipment and the owner had to keep showing him. One of their hoses was leaking water all over the front steps. We used them for an exit clean and the rental agent said they were not up to standard and deducted money from our bond to have them done again properly. This was therefore a big waste of time and money and I would not use them again. We contacted them and told them what the agent said and they offered to clean the carpet again. But neither the agent or us were happy with this based on the first experience.

Fantastic. A home massage business in Roxby downs that is well set up and professional. I had a 60 minute remedial massage and was so relaxed by the end of it I lost track of the time and went into the twilight zone :) . The massage was just the right pressure to be enjoyable but also helpful in relieving tension

We were in town for an appointment at the hospital and wanted to see if we could get tyres as well. These guys had a range of tyres in stock and could fit them to our car during the period we would be at the hospital. Their foyer area was neat and clean with comfortable seats and free coffee and water. Since I would have to walk 1.5km back to the hospital with a 2 year old while the tyres were being fitted, they agreed to drop us off and pick us up. This was a great help as it was also a windy day and our 2 year old had a cold. The service really stood out and I would be happy to go back there again and recommend it to others.

These guys have a great range of products to keep your cables tidy. We all have that rats nest of cables behind the computer desk and entertainment unit. They sell clips, boxes, trays and even monitor stands with USB ports. A great place to get organised!
