When visiting Office Works, I required assistance with using the copier machines. I went to the desk for assistance. After waiting over 10 minutes while watching the staff work behind the counter, I was finally advised to purchase a card via the machine. There were over 10 machines, I asked the assistant 'which one'? She just pointed and walked off. I eventually found the machine to purchase a card for the copier, mind you, the machine had nothing to indicate what it was. After all that fuss, I copied my items but in the confusion I ended up forgetting to remove my items from the copier, realizing 10 minutes after leaving I phoned Office Works to discuss the issue. I must have had the same sales assistant. She didn't check the copier machines and said 'it's not my problem, you should have checked before leaving'. I returned to the store and asked to speak to someone about my missing items. Luckily someone there was nice enough to keep them aside. This is not the only time I've had an issue with staff at Office Works. They lack enough staff members to assist with the counter for photo's. It's not worth saving 2 cents a picture if I have to waste 30 minutes of my time. In this day and age, my time is highly valuable.
Was really pleased when Ringwood finally got real souvlaki and supplied my fav seafood sauce. They make an excellent Souvlaki, heaps of meat and fresh wraps. Their service is great, even when there is a line a mile long. Their menu could be improved but was impressed with their kids packs. They removed their rewards program which was disappointing...was looking forward to my free souvlaki! All in all, they are reasonably priced, good service, great meat.
Approximate cost: $9.00
I visited Jeans West today to try find a pair of Jeans (duh). I was really impressed with the sales assistant. She was very helpful. I wasn't able to find what I wanted and wasn't made to feel guilty trying on 50 pairs of jeans without having made a purchase. I think it's about time Jeans West got with the program and started providing Jeans for all ages, body types and styles rather than what's fashionable.
I originally went to ADR as they were local. I was very impressed with their price, efficiency and detail. I referred a friend to ADR. She required repairs and was quoted over 2K by another well know establishment. I advised her to go to ADR. They fixed her problem and saved her over $800.
We have been going to Sino since they opened approx 7 years ago. The owner is a Chinese gentleman who is always polite and often gives us free prawn crackers.
Approximate cost: $9.00
The staff at Ringwood Square Pharmacy are very helpful. I required a document signed without purchasing an item, there were happy to assist without any delays.
In the past I've purchased items from this store and found the prices very reasonable.
