I'm not into eating donuts but I am very much into their quality coffee, hot chocolates and service. On a not-so-busy-day they are happy to stand and chat. First class people.

Approximate cost: $3.30 coffee

In more recent years this supermarket has become like the corner shop! The staff are courteous and efficient, always willing to help and very polite. The downside is that waiting times are sometimes very long at the self check out. Otherwise all the products are there, it is rarely crowded and you not only meet people you know but also people you don't know! The check out people are also very chatty. Almost five stars!

For many years I have sought advice and, indeed, bought all my pharmacy needs here. Very fast service and, indeed, excellent service. They have a BLOOMS' Members' card that gives a 5% reduction. All the staff are fabulous. Some articles are cheaper than Woolworths next door!

Approximate cost: $N.A.

I have been walking my dog on this park for years but have never actually sat down for coffee or food! Until today! Quick service with a smile is the order of the day. I was amazed how quickly they produced a burger for my daughter and a really hot coffee for me. There is definite quality and quantity in the food as well as the view of the historic Hawthorne Canal (Long Cove Creek) and the pleasure of meeting other dogs and their owners. The decor is not five star and there is little or no shelter from the rain but trees to shelter from the sun. A great food experience!

Approximate cost: $10

I have been using this drive in bottle shop for sixteen years. Excellent service BUT, on Sunday 3rd.March 2013 I tried to buy some beer and was told I could buy the beer but couldn't park my car in the Drive in. No explanation given. Today, Monday 4th>March 2013 I parked my car in a car space on the upper level parking to buy some beer on the lower level bottle shop. I carried the beer up to the car. I had been gone twenty minutes. I had a sticker on the car saying I was not welcome in the car park. I can't believe I am writing this so negative report on Market Town, Leichhardt. Sunday';s incident I had thought was amusing but today I am quite disappointed.

Approximate cost: $47 crate of 24.

It's a lot of money (about $2,000 a week in peak season) butreally worth it. The televisions never seem to work but the cabins are very self contained, on the beach with fantastic staff. It's a great place to go in the off season when it's cheaper but even in the high season it is SUPER! Kiama's is but a short walk or drive.

Approximate cost: $2,000 a week in high season.

Takiko and Eric have built this business up from nothing in the last ten years. It used to be a grocery shop and cafe. Since the grocery part disappeared some years ago we have hardly ever been there. Today neither Takiko nor Eric were there so I can't comment on how the bosses looked after us but the two young people were very efficient, polite and professional. we have an excellent lunch which was served very quickly and efficiently. My coffee was excellent. I think I need to see other people's reviews and go back another time.

Approximate cost: $10

This is the type of rerstaurant you could live in!!! They are always very busy but try to find time to meet and greet you and give that little extra. I was there on Valentine's Day so it was busy. I had booked but they always find a table for you if you haven't booked. It is dining at its best either outside, inside or in the garcen. This trip was really excellent. The service is fast and efficient despite the restaurant being full. The normal wait time is a very reasonable fifteen minutes or less but they did really well to serve us within twenty-five minutes. We were in no hurry. The only down side of eating here is that most meals come with no vegetables or chips. You have to order them separately and they aren't cheap. A main course is $25-$35 and if you add five dollars for chips and vegetables it is becoming quite expensive. However, putting that whinge aside the food and service are excellent. The quality and prive of their takeaway food (mainly pizzas) is also very fast, good quality and excellent value.

14.6.13. Da Vinci's has changed management and while I'm sure they are just as good as the previous owners, I will not be returning. I normally pay $12 for a takeaway pizza. Today I was charged $35 for two. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Approximate cost: $30

Why am I not whingeing about the long queues and waiting time on the second day back at school? (Why don't they get more staff in?) Despite a shortage of staff and long wait I am amazed at the quality and price of what they sell. I went in to get some photos. made (it's more or less self service)and had to wait a long time. BUT, the quality of the products, the price and their excellent help and service make it all worthwhile.

Approximate cost: $9c for a photo.

This cafe has been here for about three years. It serves the most gantastic flowers but surpasses itself with its wrapping paper! As well as a florist it serves the best coffee and snacks. It attracts young mothers with babies as well as all people from the community. It is almost like a second home. Maria, Maria and Helen provide a very warm and relaxed atmosphere. Considering the small space they have they do an unbelievable job.

Approximate cost: $3.30coffee.
