This little pizza shop is very popular but is so tucked away that you can go passed it and miss it completely! Their pizzas are out of this world, fresh, tasty and addictive! The vegan pizza is the best and the two types of chicken pizza are a close second. Service is fast and smooth even when they are busy. They are a fantastic team who are efficient and well organised. Claire gives the best service possible when welcoming you or on the 'phone or if she is delivering to your house. I think they are only open in the evenings.

This most delicious cafe is new this year and serves great coffee and real French cakes, pastries and croissants. They don't serve meals as such but you can get a quiche or a pie or they will make something for you. It looks very French but nobody speaks French. The cakes look French and are delicious. The bread is delicious but is typical "soft" crust Australian baguette! Well worth the visit. It is very busy all day so go early.

Not very impressed! A booking was made with a view to bring French speaking people together and enjoy some French conversation and a selection of food. I arrived late at 4PM but the others had been there since 3.30. I left at 5PM. It is an excellent French place with an excellent variety of French saucisson and cheese but by five o'clock I'd had enough. There were empty plates on the table but no food. I don't care if they had a busy afternoon. You don't keep people waiting one hour or one and a half hours for food. Very very expensive too. I went to the bread shop next door, paid $1 for a decent baguette, went home, had a glass of wine and some cheese. I think my friends would have paid over $40. I paid $1 and had a fun afternoon at home. I will go again but hope that the service will be better.

Yes, my second visit was much better as they were not busy or under pressure. I was served with real friendliness and speed. They are very pleasant and customer friendly. I was amazed that I was able to buy some real French saucisson for less than fifteen dollars. Excellent service but I would not go there when they are busy.

We went at a quiet time on Saturday and were served the most fantastic Angus Burger and milk shake. It's at a reasonable price of $15 for a burger and $8 for a milk shake. Highly recommended if you want a change of venue for a late afternoon. It's open 'til 8.30ish.

Not too impressed with the "pestering" waiter nor the nboise. I can't believe how such an expensive place can be so noisy. Conversation was impossible. However, it seems to be the place where everybody goes and wants to continue going. Yes, definitely make a booking even if it's just for a drink. Two drinks=$20!!!

Very expensive for a very small plate of nothing! This is a French restaurant but doesn't look French or even sound French. Service was OK but nothing special. I asked for tap water and got nothing. The risotto was very ordinary and I only had half of it. I'm sorry to be so negative as this place has potential and it was nearly full and for a Tuesday night that is pretty good. Despite all these negative things I had an enjoyable evening in good company and they enjoyed the food.

This was the Butcherbird and before that Aroma Living. Now it is a young family affair with Ash doing all the meet and greet and making fantastic coffee. I think it's only been open a week but on every visit they have greeted me by name and know exactly what I want etc. They are just starting so they are trying out different things on the menu. The great things is that you can get a coffee from 7AM onwards and food from 7.30 (or before if you ask nicely!). They are open every day which is good with a half day on Mondays with limited food.

This a very nice quiet little cafe on Petersham Park in front of Petersham Pool. The coffee is excellent and the service too. The food is varied and they will cater for anything special like "I don't want any onion with it" or something like that. Karen also caters for parties. The place is jam packed in summer school holidays when the Pool is open. Any bad reports about Bread & Stone will have come from somebody who had to wait a long time or got poor service because they were probably not just busy but very very very busy.

Excellent service and excellent first class food. We rocked up in jeans and nobody said anything even though everybody was really well dressed. This is good fine quality fine dining at a price but well worth it. The quantity was good too for fine dining. Don't like the new name. I prefer THE WATERMARK.

Zoe is just starting up in the grooming business and did a first class job on my little maltese. Sally, my maltese, is usually very scared of strangers and vets. and groomers in general. However, she took to Zoe straight away and was not at all frightened. She was very happy and was pleased to see me when I fetched her but was didn't want to leave as she loved Zoe to bits! This young lady is just starting up and I do recommend her if you want a good groom or change your groomer. Price depends on what type of groom or cut you are having. I've put $50 as that is an average price for a small job but it could be $100 for a bigger job.
