Bunnings warehouse promote customer service in there ads but when every time my partner and I go there we never find someone and when we do the assistant is young and pretty much knows nothing we are talking about. We ask for a senior staff member but most of the time is busy helping another customer. And when before Bunnings took over the market with there low prices we don't have smaller, more helpful hardware stores. Unfortunately, they couldn't compete with Bunnings and Magnet Mart on price, so many pulled down the shutters and went off on their way. We used to shop at a hardware store at home world about 1km from Bunnings but they closed down within a couple of years of Bunnings opening.

Love Clowning around in Mawson. I had my nieces 18th birthday to attend and we had to dress up as what we wanted to be when we grew up. My partner wanted to be a pilot but after looking in go lo, reject shop and some toy shops we had no luck finding a hat, badge, sunglasses etc. We finally came across Clowning Around after trying google and this was just 2 hours before the party began. We told the staff what we wanted and they were very helpful. They had everything he needed. We will be going back there get in the future. One thing I did not like its very hard to find the shop as its in a side entrance and stairs going now to a small enclosed room. I had my 18 month old baby with me and we had to return to the car and put her pram in the boot then I had to walk down 2 flight of stairs with my daughter wiggling around. I found it very unsafe.

The last time we went to Monkey Mania at DFO was not pleasant. I found it too overcrowded and too many children in the toddler area that children were getting hurt and started bleeding. When I told the staff member there was blood in the toddler area she took no time at all to clean it up. I really think they should have a least one staff member at each play area to keep an eye on numbers and safety. The tables were missy and there was no staff member cleaning up. Most of the time they were behind the counter.

I have been to Hogs Breath in the city and Woden. I have been on a week night and weekends. I'm not a huge fan of steak but I do love hogs breath. I love the curly fries and there cocktails. They are very friendly with kids and always have crayons or pencils and pictures to colour in. We always in the one waiter/waitress for the entire evening and always there when we need something.

Been to tulips cafe twice now. Took my step daughter there once for a iced chocolate and a mothers group lunch meet up. The Atmosphere is enjoyable and relaxing. It's very hard to get a pram through the courtyard of the cafe as there was a step and the tables where close together. The only time I will go there is when I don't have a pram. I felt the meals and drinks where very well priced. And my step daughter loved her iced chocolate.

Great value for money. I find there chips and gravy sensational, can't get enough. The customer service is fast and no waiting. The stuff are polite. A quick and fast cheap meal while shopping with young kids.

The customer service is appalling. I placed a order for a hot chocolate and the staff totally forgot my order. I stood there for 10 minutes until I said I was still waiting then I get told that the assistant didn't know how to work machine.

Love Brumby's Bakery in Kambah ACT. The customer service is 100%. Don't have to wait no more than a minute to be served. The assistants are very polite. The quality of the food is 100%. It feels like a old fashioned bakery. The product is very reasonable priced.

Not impressed with the Mawson club. Went there for a friends birthday dinner and my partner and I had to pay a membership fee just to dine there when I thought we would just be signed in as guests.

The restaurant food is overpriced along with the drinks. Our meals took over 45 minutes to arrive at our table. I found there wasn't many people at the club. I did liked the decor thought is was very modern and clean.

I love the quality of the food at Belluci's. Always the right temperature and presented very well. The service is a little slow but I think that is because they are always busy as when I am dining there it's always a full house. I think the prices are expensive as that is why I don't eat there on a regular basis.
