Basic little cafe located in Pialligo. The playground for kids is the highlight as it make it easy to actually sit down and enjoy a coffee, the cakes and sweets are excellent although can be a little pricey.

We had a party for my son and the food wasn't even served or cooked properly, in particular the chicken, very small meals. They forgot some of our meals. They told us we could set up but our tables were not even ready when we arrived, we had to set our own tables and ask for service so many times, and even then the service wasn't great, some stuff were rude. The drinks were over-priced (beer - $8.50), some drinks were warm coz they had no ice, definitely not value for money and way over-priced. Spent over a thousand dollars and wasn't even offered a refund for these meals or the services provided. I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone, very disappointed.

Been to tulips cafe twice now. Took my step daughter there once for a iced chocolate and a mothers group lunch meet up. The Atmosphere is enjoyable and relaxing. It's very hard to get a pram through the courtyard of the cafe as there was a step and the tables where close together. The only time I will go there is when I don't have a pram. I felt the meals and drinks where very well priced. And my step daughter loved her iced chocolate.

I have been to Tulips a couple of times for lunch and afternoon tea. One of the big initial attractions for me was the family friendly location (they have on site play equipment for the littlies and a beautiful shady courtyard to sit and relax). Why I have returned is because of the food. Their sweets in particular are absolutely delicious. You can definitely tell that they are homemade with love. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but worth taking a chance on.

Tulips Cafe is a lovely little family-friendly cafe that serves great coffee and excellent food. Cakes, biscuits and slices are fresh baked every morning. Lunch menu is varied but the burgers are a favourite with most of us locals. It has an outside area for you to sit and have lunch which is great during spring and summer when the flowers are out.
