Great value for money. I find there chips and gravy sensational, can't get enough. The customer service is fast and no waiting. The stuff are polite. A quick and fast cheap meal while shopping with young kids.

This is a treat when we visit Canberra (seeing as this franchise is ONLY in Canberra!). We LOVE their chips and gravy. I could eat their gravy on it's own, it's so good! It is slightly expensive, but I guess all fast food is these days. Their chicken in nicer then KFC.

Not as impressed as others. It's a fast food outlet,make it and sell it fast. In saying that the service, usually by young kids is good. I discourage my kids (teenagers) from eating Kingsleys, there chips can be "nice"in a sort of fat and extra carb way, if they are fresh and the oil for frying is not reused and resused. Not one I would recommend.

Great tasting food, my favorite being the crinkle chips and gravy- to die for! The prices have gone a little high for fast food ($22 to feed me & partner- meal of chips gravy and chicken pieces). However I'm still willing to pay the price. The fried chicken is quite greasy, however this didn't bother me too much

when i lived in canberra, i used to get kingsleys at least once a week. even though the only thing i liked was the chips and gravy. the family size is roughly around $5 and its a struggle to finish.

Usually I enjoy Kingsleys especially the chips; but everything is off in the takeaway today. The gravy and the Southern Fry is SALTY and the chips with a bitter after taste. Maybe they just gave me the leftovers for the day..but I paid good money for it and am terribly disappointed.
