I wish share my experience with Bunnings Tuggeranong, I returned a (Wheel Burrow) wheel on 20/2/2021, the staff where wonderful to deal with and extremely polite. I spoke with the supervisor and she was once again customer focused and we reached I my opinion a fair and reasonable outcome.
Thank You.

My partner and I had to stop in to pick up some screws for our roof racks and the guy who served us was knowledgeable, friendly and really went the extra mile. I also can't resist a good sausage sizzle!!

Bunnings warehouse promote customer service in there ads but when every time my partner and I go there we never find someone and when we do the assistant is young and pretty much knows nothing we are talking about. We ask for a senior staff member but most of the time is busy helping another customer. And when before Bunnings took over the market with there low prices we don't have smaller, more helpful hardware stores. Unfortunately, they couldn't compete with Bunnings and Magnet Mart on price, so many pulled down the shutters and went off on their way. We used to shop at a hardware store at home world about 1km from Bunnings but they closed down within a couple of years of Bunnings opening.

Approximate cost: $2000

This review is a little "left field". Doing home renovations we shop at Bunnings for hardware and other stuff all too often. Recently purchased a huge reange of plants for our garden makeover. They have a great selection at really good prices. Besides the great prices, the real surprise for me was when they told us to keep our receips because their plants are guaranteed! Got to love that!

The store is well stocked and affordable. The park in store is good for the kids, however I don't like the fact that it has metal steps. Staff have been helpful when I have required assistance.
