This place is such a gem. We have tried a lot of the local fish and chip shops and this is now the only one we will frequent.
They have fresh fish and batter and cook it in front of you which I love-not frozen rubbish like a lot of places.

Recently purchased a magazine subscription as a gift from this mob. A bonus dvd was advertised. 2 months later have still not received it. Have phoned their 'customer service' centre 5 times, and heard a different story each time- from wait 28 days, to wait 28 working days, to it's not in stock, to no one had theirs delivered, to too bad, you had to be one of the first 50 to subscribe, and if you can't prove you were, you don't get it!
They ignore emails I have sent to them (I used an address they gave me over the phone, telling me to send my complaint there)
Absolutely abysmal service.

Ordered online through menulog's $10 discount promotion. They charged my card and failed to take the discount off. The delivery driver said it was too bad as the payment had already been approved, and he could give me $10 off my next order..not good enough! He ended up giving me $10 from his own pocket and I didn't feel good about the whole experience.
Food was ok.

I mainly use this site for the forum. I have earned back my Gold membership by putting the maximum deposit of 25000 in the GoldBank and accumulating the interest. I don't do much shopping through the online partners, and rarely get surveys, so the majority of points come through webclicks and quick surveys.

Someone recently sideswiped my car and didn't leave any details. I had to replace my driver's side mirror. I rang around a few wreckers and these guys were the friendliest, and cheapest in the Eastern suburbs.
$50 for my mirror and they fit it for free which was really lovely.

Delicious, great value food-most of which is made by Sam's wife. I recommend the asparagus and camembert quiche with chips and salad-only $10!
Try the new chai milkshake-it's very refreshing.

The food here is always beautiful, but most times I've been there, there has been quite a wait. It's worth it when it comes out though! A really nice range of organic juices that you shouldn't leave without trying.

I have been dining here since 2000. The lunchboxes are great value at $7 and the serving is extremely generous-it would easily feed two people I would think.
I come here often for birthdays-the staff are lovely and will put sparklers in your dessert, play cheesy 'happy birthday' music, and finish your night off with fortune cookies and port and no extra cost.

I often go here-about twice a month. The make a fantastic chai latte ( I am a chai obsessive!) and the food is great. The cherry ripe slice is one of my favourites, and you can't beat the chicken parma with chips and salad for value and taste.

Went in for a manicure and pregnancy massage. Danielle was friendly and professional and did a great job-nearly put me to sleep with the massage, and great finish with the nail polish.
