Popped in here earlier this week. Was left browsing, despite being the only person in the store. Transaction was processed quickly and efficiently.
The box of toys under the coffee table makes it easy to sit and relax with my 2 year old. Sadly though, they don't have high chairs which I find strange.
Delish salads on offer, with plenty of vegetarian options.
This bakery has an amazing range of cakes and pastries that make your mouth water just by looking at them. Sadly, I find the service to be lacking. There is a female who works there that is quite surly. My little one knocked over a drink last time I was there, and the look I got was an eye roll. No assistance was forthcoming though, and I had to go up and ask for a cloth to wipe up the spill, which was met with more surliness. The highchair was dirty also. Such a shame, because the food is delicious, and there is a lack of cafes in the area that have high chairs.
Delicious pastries and breads available to have with your drink. It can sometimes be quite difficult to get a seat, especially on market days.
Great range of savouries and sweets to have with your drink. I have waited longer than I would like to on occasion.
They have current newspapers available. They don't use an authentic loose leaf chai, rather just one of those super sweet powdered ones which doesn't taste great.
I go to this cafe often after having my hair cut nearby. The service is great. I find the food and drinks to be fairly average. The staff are not able to get a decent froth on top of hot drinks. Last time I had a choc chip cookie and it tasted stale, like it had been sitting around for awhile.
There are always current newspapers and magazines to read, which is the main reason I like to go there.
The gentleman that runs this store is very friendly and helpful. He is always happy to order stock in. His prices are in line with other organic sellers in the area. Sometimes the quality could be better, but when you buy from farmer's markets you tend to notice the difference when produce is a few days old.
I have had issues with out of date products before so just check before you buy. Of course they are happy to refund when this happens.
Prices here are usually pretty good, although I always check at Maxi before I purchase. The service is prompt and friendly. They don't sell any organic meat unfortunately, so I often have to go to Belgrave.
They have a lot of pre made meals, which I haven't tried, although they look tempting.
I went here for a new patient consultation. Dr Brad was very thorough and spent a long time with me doing various tests in order to assess the health of my spine.
He was happy to explain what he was doing. The practice is very nice, with friendly receptionists and a lovely waiting area with aromatherapy oils burning.
Great location.
I have had to leave my son here a few times due to uni timetabling clashes. The staff helped me orientate my little boy. He was very distressed at being left there and they helped us with the transition. I found them to be happy to talk with me on the phone when I rang up to check on him.
The centre looks clean and inviting, and the staff are all friendly and communicative.
