We had an amazing experience here at the restaurant with an interactive dining experience with a hilarious production of Faulty Towers (www.interactivetheatre.com.au) The wine was fantastic, the food couldn't have been better, the wait staff the best I have found in Australia and the production was a blast. There are many "shows" at the winery so visiting the website would be a good idea to see what might interest you. The atmosphere is clean, inviting and while Warragul might seem a bit far out of Melbourne, it is easy with the map on their site and well worth the trip from Melbourne. The cost of the show and dinner was $90 per person. The cost of meals without a show is reasonable. This seems to be the place to be if you are looking for fun, trendy, relaxed, romantic, good wine, good service and just an all 'round good time! Can't say enough good things about the place and the experience! Smashing! Brilliant! I hate writing reviews like this because next time I will want to go, it will be all booked out!

We have tried to come here before but the hours are a bit odd and we don't often find it open. It was open today so we stopped in for a coffee and instead decided to have lunch. Had a delicious warm chicken salad with eggplant and almonds. It was quite good but the serving size rather small for the price. We had to ask for our coffee twice to get it and when we did, we had made a request for the coffee that wasn't done. When it was pointed out to the server, we got a flip. "sorry" and she walked away. I have found this to be typical of service in Oz. In America, if you had told them the coffee was wrong, they would have apologized and taken the coffee away and remade it. People in Oz don't seem to expect things like that and I think the service would improve if more people let their expectations be known. Not once did I see one of the girls serving smile. The view of the beach was nice, but even the outdoor area is a "no smoking" area. The place was relatively clean - some sand on the floor which is to be expected, but the tables were clean and the servers did clear used dishes quickly. While I walk the Seaford foreshore only a few times, I won't be stopping in again.

Had a great evening out for my husband's birthday with another couple. We were looking for something unique and different without an over-the-top show off feel to it. The place was perfect, quaint and stylish, good food, great service and comfortable while giving us the feeling that we were special! Atmosphere is as important to us as the food or service and the atmosphere here was really super! We felt like we were at the home of good friends. We all loved our meals and they even arranged a birthday cake for my husband that was done exactly as I had asked (and it was a complicated request for the writing)! Enjoy a night out and get super dressed up or come as you are - you will be welcomed like family (I would suggest pre-booking!).

Sarah Ashe covered all the catering needs for our wedding. It was a bit difficult getting organized at first, but once we got to the right people to handle the details, nothing could have been easier! They came to us in Melbourne from Kilcunda, discussed our needs and logistics and took the ball from there. As a nervous and jittery bride, I tried to check on things and "be involved" and was told though out the process that everything was taken care of, everything was under control... I held my breath! On our special day, we showed up for the reception after a most perfect ceremony, and we were so thrilled with all that was done for us, down to the smallest detail. The venue was decorated to perfection, the staff that served the food polite, helpful, efficient without being intrusive, and the food couldn't have been better! The wine was our favourite and gotten as a special detail that we were afraid might be over looked, but NOPE, it was all perfect. We were also pleased at the cost of the reception we found to be more than an exceptional value - well beyond what we expected... Not getting married again but if ever I want a good caterer with good food, good service, good venue, good value, I know where to go!

Pam and John are very knowledgeable about birds and very helpful. The birds appear to be healthy and are well cared for. We purchase our food for our parrots and have been very happy with the quality and price of everything they have to offer. We have also taken our birds to have their wings clipped and have always had a positive experience. The only reason "service" is an issue is that sometimes you have to wait some time to talk to Pam and John because they are very helpful to everyone and sometimes they need to spend a good bit of time with someone else while you will need to wait for your turn... is that a bad thing? I don't think so - I know I will get my turn and get the same attention as everyone else, just have to be prepared to wait some times!

Dr. Brian Yee, DC has benefited me, my husband and my best friend. Since I have described him to my best friend and she has had treatment from him and benefited, I decided I needed to share this information here! I have a bulged disc in my back, causing me great pain down my leg. I was in so much pain, sometimes I couldn't walk. Brian used heat, manipulation and electrodes and within my first visit or two, I was pain free. He has been able to increase my mobility and flexibility and given me back the ability to exercise and move again. Any time I have pain, I just give him a call and he fixes me right up again. He is very dedicated to his patients and keeps long hours - his practice is his life so he is available about 12-14 hours a day and even has hours on holidays. I have never called for an appointment and been told no. He doesn't use the modern conveniences of Internet or Email and doesn't have a web site, but if you are in pain, he can give you immediate relief. My best friend and husband have also had amazing results!

The staff are so helpful and good at what they do. They not only helped me pick out a pair of frames that I really like, everyone else that knows me likes the frames too! They also helped me get my daughter a nice set of frames when she was here visiting from America. Dr. Ewan is very efficient and explained how my eyes worked (and how they don't) and he set me up in a pair of lenses that make the world a clearer, sharper place. I do love my multifocals! Not long ago, a screw fell out of my glasses (not an uncommon happening) and my husband took my frames in to be repaired with NO HASSLES and no charge, not to mention he was in and out in under 5 minutes. I really felt good about my service and treatment here! Scott even went the extra step and took the extra time to tell me where to go and what to see on a recent visit to Tassie! A+ all the way!

Knowledgeable staff - if you don't know how to knit or crochet, they will teach you! The quality and variety of yarns available is excellent and the prices lower than the "big" craft chain I have been to in the past plus you get personal service. Stop in and sit a spell - the owner loves to "spin a yarn" with you! I enjoy going into the store to sit and knit, have a cuppa and some fun convo and I have learnt lots of new stuff! Hours are good and convenient Mon - Fri 9AM to 5PM and Sat 9 AM - 2 PM. You can even have yarns shipped to you if you live too far away to stop in.

The food here was edible but overpriced. The atmosphere tries to be one of an American Restaurant (even goes so far as to have USA license plates on display), but falls very short [Hooters]. The service was horrible, asked 4 times for water, none of the dishes were cleared as we ate and the seats we were given (for a party of 16) was 2 (large) booths. When we ordered coffee, we asked for Equal sweetener and were told they were "out". We asked for raw sugar and told they were out of that too. There was ample food, but it was just edible, nothing to write home about. We had the Seafood Tower. When we asked to take home the salad, we were told, "Sorry, we don't have a license for that." We tried to explain that it isn't a law in Victoria and you don't need a license to take out food you have paid for (it isn't a business set up as a take-away.) We tried to explain that it may be the company's policy, but it isn't a law or licensed. Very disappointed we couldn't take home what we paid for and we don't go back to places that don't allow us to take food home that we couldn't eat that we have paid for! This was for a friend's birthday and it was such a huge disappointment.

We have been here 3 times now which is usually my basis for writing a review - they have to prove themselves to me more than once. The service is top notch - you are attended to immediately, little veggie snacks and prawn crackers while you order, the dishes are cleared quickly, the food is delivered quickly and hot and you are even given hot towels at least twice during the meal. You finish off with a shot of port and a mint. Excellent! Now, for the food - the seafood dishes are out of the world! We had garlic shrimp as one main every time and every time it is consistently delicious, the prawns are big, juicy, and tender. The Seafood Supreme was cooked to perfection and the presentation impeccable. The starters of Fish and bean curd soup and shredded seafood where perfect teasers for the taste buds of what was coming. There is parking in the rear off of Nepean Highway which is good because you get to walk through the kitchen and see where your food is being prepared. The owner is polite and very involved in the workings of his staff - excellent all the way. It is also BYO or they have some nice wines. They also offer take away but get the full experience by enjoying dining in. Go, check it out and enjoy for yourself!
