Terrible customer service

I parked at Grand Hyatt in Melbourne in December 2023. Rusty water dripped from the pipe above on the rear wing and bumper bar of my car. It turns out it can't be detailed out but needs a re-spray. I have been sending Wilson emails and phone calls for 4 months. All I keep getting told is that it will be escalated. I can't even speak to someone higher up than the customer service staff. It's just terrible I paid Wilson for car parking and they won't even talk to me on the phone on how my car's damage that they caused will be fixed and paid for. I would never park at Wilson Parking again. Very disappointed.

Atrocious service and prices. sneaky and underhanded charges

Park Hyatt facility, Melbourne. Entered at 4:00pm. Exited at 11:36am the following day and was charged more than the daily rate of $80 which was signposted at car park entry. The daily on-line rate was on $31. I was charged $94, cleverly done when hourly rates kick in after 6:00am the next day. Wouldn't have even parked there, was directed to them via printed instructions given to me when I arrived at my nearly hotel which apparently didn't have enough parking. Wilson says, "no affiliation with hotel, so no special rates". No time to jump on-line and book as car was parked in a drop off area at the front of hotel whilst I tried to check in. I guess this is what happens when a monopoly exists? When I contacted them, response was like speaking to a robot. No prospect of them reviewing impartially or applying judgement.
Difficult one in Melbourne CBD, but would recommend that you avoid Wilson at all costs. Unless you book on-line that is...
I would rather walk than ever use them again. Would give them no stars if the rating system permitted it.

Brisbane International Cruise Terminal car parking is the most frustrating experience. Upon leaving everyone had to call the emergency to get out. They couldn’t even find me by the rego number. NEVER AGAIN

I parked at Chatswood, validated, machine didn't work. Tried to call security they didn't answer. Had no choice but to pay and ask for a refund. They refused even though their machine didn't work. Well guess what Wilson Parking... my bank got me the refund. Thank you! won't be using you again. Cheats!

Booked a parking spot online for 485 La trobe Stree Melbourne and paid. Arrive to find the car park full. No phone number any where to contact and no one responding to the intercom button when it was pressed multiple time. Rang Wilson's number from google and was redirected to 500 La trobe street. Went to park and asked a staff member and was told you cannot park here mate different organisation. If you do you will be fined. Rang Wilson again and was told that I should never have been directed to 500 La trobe go to 300 La trobe street. Eventually found a car park at 300 Latrobe was told dont stress just press the intercom when you want to leave. Went to leave 5 hours later was trapped and could not get out. No one answered the intercom had to ring Wilson again for the third time. was 30 minutes late for my meeting and after trying three car parks eventually found a car park and could no get out at the end of the day. Never again will I use Wilson. When you book online and pay for a car park there should be one available when you arrive. You should be able to contact speak to someone not have to drive to three different car parks.

i will never use this parking again they are thieves , on entering there was no signs visible on prices other than signs for all other parking place around them stating from $15 , was parked for 2hrs as i paid i was robbed of $48 . On our way out we looked for posting of prices and fees and could see none !!!!! called customer service where they told me the prices are clearly visible entering and exiting which is a complete lie ... they are thieves of the worst kind and should be held to account for their crimes

In December 2018 I used Wilson Parking twice by making a bookings online and paying for parking upfront on the time of the booking. Prior to that I received Wilson One card which was never linked properly I guess and by tapping it to the entrance of the parking supposed to give me access based on my bookings. The Wilson parking system never recognized my bookings and isued me an invoice with automatic debit from my credit card. These charges are not legitimate as i already paid prior and also are bigger amounts than previously booked prices. Called the 1300... no and was on the phone more than 30 min and nobody could help me out to cancel the double charges. The only info given was to email them. Their customer care give just the email address, nothing else. It sucks.

Approximate cost: $25

This review is for Darling Harbour , Sydney. Stayed at the Ibis in Darling HarbourSydney but unfortunately selected a ticket on entrance to car park. Flashing sign $25:00 night parking. At boom gates noted must exit by 4:00 am. Ok thought would have to pay $25:00 plus $38:00 When exiting at 10:00am. The charge was $76.00. Equivelant to two lots of the full $38.00 fee. We paid fee but then couldn't find car. Two phone calls to listed help line = no help as it was a weekend. Contacted someone through help button couldn't make then understand predicament - no help. Found a woman at boom gate = help! Two staff members knew we were distressed and looking for car. Asked for waiver of extra $16:00 fee that was now due because we had stayed longer than the allowable 20 minutes to exit after fee payment - despite two staff being aware we were so distressed. Total cost for 10.30 pm til 10.30 am was $92.00 far cry from the $25.00 night parking fee sign that attracted us. Or the $60. Fee the hotel would organise, The 4am sign not being visible until hemmed into the boom gate is false advertising. Cost as much as the room for the night! Visiting from interstate - left a poor impression of Sydney - fortunately in a position to not usually require parking station services.

Approximate cost: $92
