I've walked past this place a number of times before trying it. Wish I'd tried it before, now that I know what I was missing. Lovely thin wheat crepes with fillings of your choice cooked in front of you. They claim it is Chinese street food, but I never saw anything similar in China when I was there. Worth a try, I'll be back for sure .

I haven't been there in quite a while. The decor is still the same and so is the menu. The garlic pizza we had for a starter was great. The presentation of the mains left a lot to be desired, my daughters honey mustard chicken was half a plate of chips with a small piece of chicken swamped by an unappealling looking sauce that tasted like mayonnaise. My chicken and avocado was pretty yum though. Each of our meals had an oversized portion of chips and a side salad served seperately, no dressing and lots of lettuce and not much else. I must say I was a bit disappointed, maybe we should have stuck to the pizza menu. Friendly staff but food was average.

We were recently installing a retaining wall and those annoying ads on Gold FM kept coming to mind. We rang up for a quote which was the best we had received from other suppliers and was told we could pick our order up later that day. We got there and it was ready, no hanging around waiting in queues, the posts were loaded into our trailer and off we went! Greta customer service all with a smile!

My partner and I dropped in for a coffee just before school pick up time and ordered a devonshire tea. The scones were huge!!!!! The raspberry jam that was served had been freshly made that morning and was to die for. As we were in a bit of a rush we asked if we could have one of the scones to go for my daughter. They packed the scone, the jam and cream all in seperate containers to take away! Too good to waste and I want to go back for some more of that jam. YUM!!

I haven't been to Dandy market in years and was a bit dissapointed. It has lost some of its charisma, instead of the traditional rows of veggie stalls they tend to have mini grocer shops, there was not much in the way of general merchandise. The meat and seafood hall however was great with heaps of appealing looking fresh food. Sam's spice house was worth a visit and I spent some time there checking out his own spice mixes. Its a bit of a shame, I felt the market is now just a place to shop and has lost some of its old fashioned market appeal that it had in the past.

After dropping of a friend at a nearby hospital I decided to drop in at the Dandy market to fill in time. Hanging out for my heart starter coffee I found Cafe Marketto. It was 7;30 and cold but the women in this cafe were happy friendly and soooo busy. I ordered a turkish bread with scrambled eggs and bacon and it wasn't half bad! Cudos to the staff there, it was a pleasant way to start my expedition around the market.

Having driven past this place over the years we finally decided to have dinner there. The outside is unassuming, even the inside for that matter but great value for money. Very personilised service. Pros, great priced meals, variety on the menu, great service, tasty food, good coffee. Cons : no equal for the diabetics coffee. Not much else to say other than a pleasant place to dine at a reasonable price. We will be back, hopefully when there is some live music!

What better way to rest and enjoy a bite and a drink after browsing the packing house. The 3 of us enjoyed flathead fillets and chips for lunch with a bottle of red. Despite the waiter nearly throwing one of the plates across the table it was an enjoyable lunch. A bit noisy with the sounds of excited antique shoppers discussing their finds. Take a good rest then head off to the craft stores behind the packing house.

I haven't been here for years, I was glad to see it has only improved. I could spend days at this place discovering all sorts of nick nacks, and imagine how many things I have thrown out over the years that people still value! From top end antiques to literal junk this is a place that is fascinating for all walks of life. Leave the littlies at home though, it would be easy to break something there. Great day out.

Love this website, now when I'm looking for a new mechanic or plumber I go to WOMO first. It is interesting to see others opinions and definitley helps me make up my mind which restaurant to visit. The rewards for your opinion aren't bad either, I can treat myself to something nice every now and then when I have a WOMO gift card in my purse. Thanks WOMO team.
