Stopped for a coffee while passing through Bright. The Jasper organic coffee was nice but I wish they had more than one coffee size. They only have a small cup size. Very funky building and great outdoor seating. A little pricey but looks like they have a nice range of brews. Would definately return.

Called in for a quick coffee. Indoor & outdoor seating. Service was quick & friendly. The coffee had a nice flavour but was just too mild. Tasted too milky for my liking.

Great range of spare parts for a huge range of different applicances. I was able to get a new rack for my oven which cost $95 plus $15 for them to ship it to me.

We purchased blinds from Hilight quite a few years ago and were happy with the initial installation and quality but they could improve on the after sales service. One of our blinds had been accidentally damaged which they fixed for $70. Only the minimum repair had been made and I would not say it was the most thorough job.

Excellent customer service. Huge range of stationary and staff will gladly help you find what you need. They also supply uniforms and have a good range of workwear.

I have rented property through Tweed in the past and they were brilliant however from a landlord perspective, I would not recommend them. After having employed them to manage a property for me, I was very dissappointed. The staff appeared to be inexperienced and unable to handle issues appropriately, which resulted in a very frustrated and angry tenant.

After being interested in a property they were selling, we submitted an offer and the agent requested we sign the contract which he would then pass on to his client to sign. Days later after no contact from the agent, we called to find out that the property had been sold to someone else! They didn't give us the opportunity to increase our offer so not only did they do the wrong thing by us but also the vendor.

The Big Bendy slide is good fun on a warm day, for both kids and the big kids. Nice surroundings but it would be nice if they had a pool big enough for swimming. The large pool is very shallow for toddlers. The pool at the base of the slide is a bit deeper but its tiny and you can't really hang out, given that it is at the bottom of the slide! They also do group bookings for parties.

I boarded my cat here for a couple of nights. They charge $20 per night for a cat. They also board dogs on the property, in a separate area but the barking can be heard from the cattery. The staff were friendly and efficient but I was disappointed with the size & quality of the cat pens. Some owners may find the facilities acceptable but I found they were below standards of other catteries I have previously used. I would not recommend it or use them again.

Reece are pricey but they do have a long warranty period. Be aware though, as the long warranty only applies to part of some items. The remaining parts only have a 12 month warranty. In saying that, we had to exchange some tap ware and the sales assistant went out of her way to help us and provided excellent customer service.
