Terrible. Ex tenant. These buffoons lack basic abilities to competently carry out their profession and in addition are completely lacking in basic manners and ability to communicate. I was overcharged, had bond retained without cause and charged late fees for invoices that had never been sent while my account with them was significantly in credit. Avoid at all costs.

After being interested in a property they were selling, we submitted an offer and the agent requested we sign the contract which he would then pass on to his client to sign. Days later after no contact from the agent, we called to find out that the property had been sold to someone else! They didn't give us the opportunity to increase our offer so not only did they do the wrong thing by us but also the vendor.
