I've had a few subscriptions with Magshop but I will never use them again! I never received a magazine which they take no responsibility for and instead of sorting it out they just refer you to deal with the publisher. On my last purchase, I ordered a cookbook. After a month, I was told it had been dispatched. After another month, and numerous emails, I was advised the book was no longer available. As I had purchased the book using a gift voucher, they refused to give me a refund or even a credit so I could purchase something else. The customer service was non existent and appalling! 5 months after the purchase, numerous persistent emails and having to threaten contacting consumer affairs, I finally received a cheque for the refunded amount.

I have used these guys a few times and never had any problems. Your car drop off is quick and easy, and every time they have got me to my terminal on time. On return, you just give them a quick call and sometimes they will already be at the airport waiting.

Yummy donuts which are hot and fresh. Great for an occasional cheap treat. There's usually a little coffee van there too. Their donuts are a bit more expensive then the van at lake weeroona. Plenty of parking space. Leaving Bendigo, they are located on the right side of the road almost opposite APCO service station. Public toilets located onsite too.

Great customer service. I've found the staff to be super helpful. They will test your car battery for free which is handy. They also let me use their tools to check what battery is required for my flat car remote. Unfortunately, they didn't have that type battery in stock at the time.

Cute cafe with vintage decor and a relaxed feel. Seating both indoors and outdoors. Loved the sound of the breakfast menu which has some interesting choices. We had the Baked Egg ($16.50) with baked beans, chorizo & saffron gnocchi and their version of a big breakfast ($21). The highlight was the big super crunchy hash brown. The portions were good but it was a bit of a let down that none of the eggs were runny and the flavour was a little lacking. The coffee is nice, which you can have in a mug for $4.50. Service was quick and efficient but not particularly friendly.

My new favourite nursery in Bendigo! Its a little out of town but worth the drive. Plenty of parking space and lots of stock. They have a big range of pots and some water features too. Prices seem to be pretty good and all the plants look to be great quality and well cared for. There is a toilet on site too. I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Dropped in for a coffee and muffin since my last visit a few years ago. They seem to have picked up their game in terms of service. Enjoyed the coffee and the muffin was nice, not too sweet. Staff were really friendly and I couldn't have faulted the service. Will return to check out their meals.

Great lunch spot. You can choose from the lunch menu or specials board. The food was nice and the staff were all really friendly. The Vego Delight burger was a real winner! Enjoyed the organic coffee too. Both indoor and outdoor seating.

Purchased some moving boxes. You can purchase both new and 2nd hand boxes. They have a good range of light and heavy duty boxes in different sizes. They also have packing and things like flat screen tv boxes for moving house. Any boxes you don't use, can be returned for a full refund and they will buy back used boxes. Good service too!

$650 for full service & replacement of old motor on panel lift roller door. Quality workmanship, service staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Office staff are really efficient. Great customer service! Would not hesitate to recommend these guys and will use again in the future if required.
