had my two puppies in pet retreat ,they where safe well looked after ,the pens where cleaned daily the staff are fantastic ,the price is great ,would use them again ,and happy to recommend them to any one .i for one will be using them again

Was surprised when my mum asked me to and collect her cat from here as she is pretty fussy when it came to her burmese cat. And this boarding place for dogs and cats was pretty basic, area size about 8ft by 3ft per cat with a blanket and litter and food. Dogs could be heard over the other side and probably scaring the cats. Seems like they just stay locked up with no play areas to been seen. Paid mums bill and left, Millie seemed very happy to be out of there. Would not use this place for my own pets

I boarded my cat here for a couple of nights. They charge $20 per night for a cat. They also board dogs on the property, in a separate area but the barking can be heard from the cattery. The staff were friendly and efficient but I was disappointed with the size & quality of the cat pens. Some owners may find the facilities acceptable but I found they were below standards of other catteries I have previously used. I would not recommend it or use them again.
