Had a little bit of trouble when dealing with a clutch issue, that should have been dealt with when vechicle was first purchased. Otherwise very good service. Staff very helpful.

The service section at Chancellor Park is the best one that I have used over the past 43 years of owning Toyotas. Nothing is ever left to chance and the office staff listen to your input and act on it.

I approached three Toyota dealers at one dealer ship I waited for over 15 minutes without a approach at another I was not offered enough for the trade in ( a very low kilometre Kluger Grande) and no interest was offered to look at a better deal Ash at Sunshine Toyota met us at the door offered us a cold drink or coffee and then asked what he could do to assist us I found the whole experience the best with Toyotas after buying more then six over the last twelve years from across Brisbane

Everything went smoothly within a good timeframe. Just an extra note that we left some valuable documents in the car we were selling, had thought that we had clean out the car properly, but missed the back seat pockets. On realising, contacted the dealership leaving a message for Cherie Lewis who handed over the car to us, explained the issue, she rang back promptly to say that she had located the documents and would express post them to us, we recieved them the next day, so very grateful for this service, which was so well handled at no cost or trouble to us which was our mistake in the fisrt place.
