They were professional, friendly, thoroughly explained all information, displayed patience with my many questions, and most of all even my 15 year old daughter compared their outstanding mannerism compared to other car dealers that we had spoken with.

He informed me with a lot of detail about all the information I neede3d and more. He was personal, not pushy with the sale at all and made me feel welcome in the car yard at all times.
Firstly they rushed the delivery of the car to the yard for me. They made phone calls to keep me updated and always responded to my calls and messages. I was extremely happy with every team member I came in contact with and I would definitely recommend your dealership to all friends and family.

We have Gavin come to our home to service our Corolla. He is just the nicest person to deal with and a real credit to Toyota. I always get my car serviced at Toyota service centers but was quoted for a service of approx. $600 when I turned up for my car I had to fork out $770?!! What if I didn't have the money? They had done extra work on my car without calling me first, which is the norm with every other Toyota service centre I have used. I will be driving my car back to service centre at Morningside before I use them again!

Not to mention the poor lady that was in there having had her car returned to her with a dodgy noise under the bonnet - they said it would cost her a few more hundred dollars to look at?!

Friendly staff who were very helpful. Purchase negotiations were done in a very professional manner and were not overbearing as had been a previous purchase from another dealer. Delivery was excellent and the workings of the car were clearly explained.

As I had limited time available for drop off it was explained that I could drop my car off at my own leisure and how to do this out of hours. Then, the customer service people called to explain how the service was going and to offer an addition to my service to make sure that both my car, and myself, were kept healthy. My car was ready on time and the service outcomes were explained step by step without rushing through it.
All of the staff were very friendly and take the time to assist in any way required – and always with a smile.
