Extremely knowledgeable about the car, never "pushy" and a real gentleman at all times.
My husband and I were very impressed with the lady who delivered the car to us. All important information explained clearly and politely. Then taking us out to take possession of the car and going through all the aspects of the car before driving away. Very impressed.
Our only other general comment is that we are delighted that we decided it was time to replace our RAV4 which we were always very happy with but realised it was getting older and we needed to have another reliable car to see us through the next ten years.
