Everything went smoothly within a good timeframe. Just an extra note that we left some valuable documents in the car we were selling, had thought that we had clean out the car properly, but missed the back seat pockets. On realising, contacted the dealership leaving a message for Cherie Lewis who handed over the car to us, explained the issue, she rang back promptly to say that she had located the documents and would express post them to us, we recieved them the next day, so very grateful for this service, which was so well handled at no cost or trouble to us which was our mistake in the fisrt place. We were very appreciative and thankful to the dealership for this assistance.
