Scales 2 Tails is an excellent shop I have sold three litters to them and they give me the best price and service guaranteed. I would recommend Helen and Brendan for everything animal related. Excellent service!!!!

I can't speak highly enough of Helen & Brendan's business. It's a little shop with a big heart. They have rescued me more than once, cured a 7 year itch (no pun intended), helped with injured birds and chocolate poisoning. The best thing tho' is that they do not support puppy farms. Any little addition to your family has come from some else's loving home.
Dog food prices are equal to the supermarket, why wouldn't you support this great OZZIE couple?

i have to say this is the best pet shop i have ever been too. All the staff members are friendly and always give you the very best service and advice for all you pet needs. Not only do you get excellent service but they also are the cheapest prices in town on anything you need.

Even if I didn't have pets I would want to shop there. The service is amazing. You feel as thought they are genuinely glad to see you when you walk in the door. Helen & Breno are happy to go above and beyond when it comes to finding exactly what you need for your pets. I am in there every 3 days buying food for my rotty puppy (which I also bought from them) and every time the service is the same. If you have pets and you haven't been to Scales 2 Tails Pet Shop you are missing out on an amazing shopping experience.

I have been a customer of this business for nearly 2 years. I purchased 2 dogs from them about 6 months ago and one thing I was very impressed with, though very informed about dogs and breeds as I am, was that the owners do not and say, never will, deal with puppy farms due to the quality of animals not meeting their standards. I believe they fully know their business and strive to do their best for every customer. No other Pet Shop around offers an honest customer service that I know of as these guys do. I don't shop anywhere else now for advice on my pets and their needs. Thanks Helen and Brendan

This wonderful couple go out of their way to ensure everything is just right. Helen and Brendan are so knowledgeable in all areas. You know when you walk in the door your problem will be solved, whether it is as simple as the right pet food, or as complicated as the right treatment for an ailment. The advice is spot on !! Regular weekly or fortnight stock replenishing and various range of products available.
Their aquarium plants are the best value for money in the area.
Staff always helpful with advice and if they are unable to supply what you are looking for, will recommend other suppliers and/or retailers who may be able to assist.
