Even if I didn't have pets I would want to shop there. The service is amazing. You feel as thought they are genuinely glad to see you when you walk in the door. Helen & Breno are happy to go above and beyond when it comes to finding exactly what you need for your pets. I am in there every 3 days buying food for my rotty puppy (which I also bought from them) and every time the service is the same. If you have pets and you haven't been to Scales 2 Tails Pet Shop you are missing out on an amazing shopping experience.
