Although we didn't get the cheapest price from Pack and Send we chose them for the allround service that our transaction required and they didn't let us down.
I purchased 2.5 tonnes of goods from a close out sale in Townsville and had it packed into 100 boxes and shipped to Brisbane. It arrived at the exact time arranged without one item being damaged, lost, stolen, forgotten, delayed or any other problem which has befallen previous shipments (using other companies).
Thanks to Roger who also was a calming influence at a tense time in the arranging period.
I would use this service again and again.

I can't speak highly enough of Helen & Brendan's business. It's a little shop with a big heart. They have rescued me more than once, cured a 7 year itch (no pun intended), helped with injured birds and chocolate poisoning. The best thing tho' is that they do not support puppy farms. Any little addition to your family has come from some else's loving home.
Dog food prices are equal to the supermarket, why wouldn't you support this great OZZIE couple?

This was an old, tired butcher shop taken over by a younger couple. Lovely people. I'd like to continue to patronise their business as the first lot of meat was great. It doesn't seem like they have enough turn over. The meat quality has steadily deteriorated. The last lot we threw out. Shame.

I'd never eaten Mexican before. Always thought it would be too spicy.Wow ! Meat was so tender, salads were yummy, but the people are so much fun. The place is always packed. phone first for a booking. Don't forget to tell them your birthday. You'll get a voucher in the mail.

Jan and the team have always been there to help. When I broke my ankle when my Granddaughter smashed her knee, when my mum broke her arm, when my sister-in-law had her Carpul tunnel done. There's not a gadget they haven't got or can get hold of. If you are damaged phone Jan.

The food is to die for. Best Restaurant in 3 years. location is super. Amoungst other fab eat places. Salmon Salad and Tai Beef Salad highly recommended. Risotto looked good too.

Prawn & Scallop Risotto at this restaurant means 2 boiled Prawns + 2 boiled Scallops in a bed of unsalted boiled rice. Guys please use Arborio Rice next time. You also need to make it using stock so it has some flavour and becomes creamy. No ambiance at this place!!!! Yuk food !!!!! Never returning
