we go in every 2 weeks to get things to pamper our baby. they have helped alot as i am a first time owner for a puppy, they take time to teach me the things i need to know to look after our baby, thanks alot

we have adopted 2 dogs, 1 cat, a number of birds & fish from Scales 2 tails. I cannot praise Helen & Brendan enough for everything they have done for us & our animals. We always feel welcome, are given great advice & service and always leave feeling we are appreciated as customers, even our puppies love going to visit.(nothing to do with the free treats that they get)

Sorry to hear the original owners have sold the shop. Very Disappointed !!
The new owners do not have a clue about animals and customer service is no longer in use there !!! Find another shop

The owners are wonderful, friendly and know what they're talking about!
They have a great range of products that they are able to tell you about & are happy to order something in for you if they don't have it.

Where to start...Helen is one of the best people I've dealt with when it comes to the right advice. Great service, relaxed environment and if they don't have what you need in stock they'll order it. The thing I love the best is they try hard to remember your name which makes me feel like a friend not a customer. I can't believe how affordable their prices are, don't go anywhere else

Thanks so very much, they give the best advice and help. These guys really know pets and how to help with little problems. The best budget prices I have found are in this shop. I will no longer be visiting a larger centre for pet products. I will be there every week as I know I will be treated like a friend and get excellent customer service. They will get in bulk for me too. I recommend this pet shop to everyone who cares about their animals and is on a budget.

There is very little more to be said about this place but superb. Helen and Brendan are extremely pleasant, and even go out of their way to provide access to stock not in store. They love their business and I haven't met a couple with so much enthusiasm towards ensuring their clients are given the best advice for their pets. I'm usually hard to please, they make it easy.

The staff at Scales 2 Tails are truly pet lovers. I all my dealing with them their service and knowledge of the products, and pets have been first class. I cannot recommend them enough.

they are simply the best!!! i will never go to another pet shop again.. they are only closed on Tuesdays so the rest of the week you can rock on in... helen is one of the nicest Ladies you could meet and Brenden is ever so funny.. you guys rock keep up the good work...
