Recommend these guys. Best Plumbers I have ever used. Have used them on 2 occasions. One big job, (sewer replacement and dug up half the garden) one small (new toilet cistern). Initial phone contact good with Steve and advice. Estimate for the big job fairly accurate. Arrived on time, did the jobs efficiently and cleaned up rubbish afterwards. The Garden had to be rearranged though :0

Not the cheapest in town but always reliable and gave us great advice about changing our dishwasher and hot water service last month.

Avoid this plumber.
Sold us, installed and connected our brand new expensive water heater (total cost $1800) and now the connections are leaking (12 litres per hour) several months later refuses to accept responsibility. Clearly he does not understand consumer law, nor take responsibility for his workmanship.
The plumber who did fix the installation has reported that the leak was caused by a poor quality flare on the connecting pipe, something done by Red Dog Emergency Plumbing. Also that the installation was not compliant. Maybe that is why he didn't give me a compliance certificate as required by law.
Also, charged $250 to attempt to clear blocked sewerage, which turned out to be blocked beyond my property. My son paid immediately (I was not home) but it was several weeks of chasing him to get a receipt.
I have seen his dismissive responses to other negative reviews on Google and so would add I can prove everything I have written.

Thanks Red Dog, a late night call to Steve (Good Friday) and your plumber Mark was on the door step Saturday unblocking our drain just in time for our visitors on the weekend! The saga will continue with "flushable wipes" - not ours I will stress. This is our second house in Willi and our only plumber is Red Dog.

Steve has been nothing but helpful every step of the way regarding a very difficult sewer repair. Between us and a neighbour who share a point where all the damage was. Steve arranged a camera inspection so we could minimize the damage to our newly landscaped backyard and we went ahead. Not the cheapest, but the extra was worth it when I hear horror stories from friends about cowboy plumbers.

Red Dog was recommended to me by a friend who had had their bathroom renovated (great job). We only needed a few repairs done to a broken toilet cistern and mixer tap. Steve gave us some valuable advice regarding our proposed kitchen renovations and his ideas were invaluable. Great service, nice staff.

Steve from Red Dog Plumbing had to come in and take over from a job which another plumber was unable to finish. Red Dog Plumbing is a reinvented business which is about a year old. They bought out the old Burgess Plumbing. They are in a new factory site in Kororoit Creek Road.

We had a badly blocked storm water drain from the house to the street and this needed major excavation. It took a few days for Steve to be able to come and when he did the front pathway and part of our fence had to go to accommodate the small digger. Both of which I wasn't crazy about but I was told there was no other way.

Pipe has been replaced now and trench neatly filled in, mess removed as much as possible from site (bricks stacked neatly etc). He and his co-worker even toiled through rain to get this done.

Red Dog don't only do emergencies to pipes, toilets, hot water systems, they also do normal plumbing jobs, maintenance, bathroom renovations etc.

I think they're a good place for us to have got to know, especially considering the age of our house.
