I want to thank Pearly Mates for their kindness & compassion shown to me when my darling Jazz died. I could not recommend you more highly. Thank you for everything you did for me in a very difficult time.

I cannot recommend Pearly Mates and Jonathan any more highly. After deciding at the last minute to have our darling cat, Jigsaw, cremated, one call to Jonathan was all we needed to do. At short notice, he came to our home, collected Jiggy's body and respectfully and gently helped us decide how best to honour her memory. At no time were we pressured or made to feel rushed as we said goodbye to our beloved pet. We have now received Jiggy's remains, plus a certificate of authenticity that the ashes are indeed those of our cat, which we appreciated greatly. At a really awful time for us, Pearly Mates were a silver lining in a very dark cloud. Thank you, Jonathan.

I lost my darling girl Jackie without warning and had to make the decision on the spot with what to do with her body. I knew I wanted her cremated as I couldn’t bare the thought of leaving her behind if we ever moved. My vet suggested Pearly Mates. Obviously tearful I called Jon and he was sympathetic and explained that he could come and pick Jackie up the next day from home and return her the same day the following week. He was very easy to communicate with via email as I wanted a custom urn and some jewellery. I couldn’t recommend Pearly Mates higher for making what is the worst day in a fur parents life as pleasant and easy to deal with as it could be.

Jonathan i cant thank you enough for your care and empathy at this hard time. Thank you for taking care of our beloved charlie. Charlie was dearly loved by us and all that met him and unfortunately his heart disease took over and he could no longer fight the battle. We lost our beloved Honey Girl (Staffy x 12 years of age) November 2016. Our Vet recommended we use their cremation services so we did, I was in an absolute mess as she passed away while i was overseas unexpectedly, i was not in the right frame of mind to be looking for other cremation services and just wanted our baby laid to rest and bought home to us as soon as possible. Intially we were told it would take 2 weeks to have her returned, I was devastated but was advised that this was normal protocol with all cremation services BUT when I phoned at exactly 2 weeks, i was told that the cremation services had only just picked her up from the vet and that it could take a further 2 to 3 weeks. I was shocked and couldn't believe that all this time, my baby was still at the Vet as I had been made to believe that she was being picked up within a week of her passing. At this point, I was an emotional wreck, that was it...Unacceptable and i knew I had to do something. I got online and found Jonathon at Pearly mates. Explained to him what had happened, he was shocked and so understanding at what we were going through and I almost felt he too was angry at the treatment we had received mainly by our Vet of 11 years and their recomendation to use their cremation services knowing full well the reason it takes them so long to return your pet. I was mentally stressed and emotionally drained and just wanted my girl home, our vet should have known better and suggested we find another cremation service and when Jonathon asked me how much they were going to charge us, he was shocked. He suggested I ring the vets cremation services to return her ASAP and he will pick her up and have her back to us in no time. The vet had her little body returned and Jonathon did exactly what he said and was so understanding and caring, 2 days later Jonathon bought my baby girl home, she was finally able to rest in peace. I introduced Jonathon to my little man Scruffy (Maltese x Shuitsu 14 years of age) whom had been diagnosed with cancer. I told Jonathon I will need him again when it's my little mans time. Sadly my Scruffy passed away 4 days ago, i phoned Jonathon who again was very caring. My little man slept peacefully in his bed next to us overnight and the following day Jonathon came to our home and picked him up cradling him lovingly as I do. Again Jonathon was caring and compassionate and could feel my pain of losing yet another one of my best friends within a short time. My little man is with Jonathon now. I would not have it any other way, I know Jonathon is looking after him until he comes home this Saturday. There is no doubt in my mind that Jonathon from Pearly mates is the one for anybody considering cremating their fur babies. He is understanding and caring and treats our fur babies with love and respect. Thank you Jonathon, can't wait to have my Little Man home so he can sit next to Honey Girl.

It with a very heavy heart that we require Pearly Mates services for the third time. John was super caring in my fragile state and remembered both our previous fur babys and which urn they had so he could match the timber for the third. The service you receive at Pearly Mates is second to none. I highly recommend.
