I lost my darling girl Jackie without warning and had to make the decision on the spot with what to do with her body. I knew I wanted her cremated as I couldn’t bare the thought of leaving her behind if we ever moved. My vet suggested Pearly Mates. Obviously tearful I called Jon and he was sympathetic and explained that he could come and pick Jackie up the next day from home and return her the same day the following week. He was very easy to communicate with via email as I wanted a custom urn and some jewellery. I couldn’t recommend Pearly Mates higher for making what is the worst day in a fur parents life as pleasant and easy to deal with as it could be.
