I chose Pearly Mates because they are the only pet cremation company to provide a Stat Dec. I was impressed with their service, especially Kylie and Jonathan. The brass plaque came back from their external contractor in the wrong font, and Kylie and Jonathan offered to replace the plaque for me for free, which they did. The box is beautiful and top quality also. I would definitely recommend Pearly Mates.

Our family have used Pearly Mates before for our fur baby Molly that passed in 2018. We reached out to Jonathan through our vet and straight away he was very caring, giving our family lots of support and reassurance through this sad time.

We have recently had our second fur baby Harry pass very suddenly which has deeply saddened our family. Jonathon went above and beyond to accomodate to our family and was responsive in our time of need. We thank Jonathon and his team for all their care and empathy to our family and Harry during this heart breaking time.

Pearly Mates was recommended to me, and I would highly recommend myself their services. After we sadly had to put down our much loved family dog of 17 plus years, the service was compassionate, well explained and very helpful. Jonathan was even able to assist with a swift return of our beautiful girl, so my son, who was leaving for the UK for a couple of years, was able to see her beautiful box before he left. Having first used Pearly Mates in early 2018 on referral after the passing of our 16 year old dog, followed by the sudden passing of our 9 year old dog in December of the same year their outstanding service did not change with each of our fur babies back then. I was incredibly thankful to know that our beautiful 17 year old dog would be in the best hands after her passing in 2021.
When our hearts have healed an we are ready to start our next journey with pets I hope in the many years to come after that Pearly Mates is still around for them.
