I have used this service several times for native animals needing care and now once for my own cat. On all occasions I found them to be professional and caring and have been grateful to have a 24-hour animal emergency centre within my local area!

I would NOT recommend this practice. I attended on Xmas day with a sick kitten post spaying. I was sat in an ice cold room for 3 hrs. When I went to the desk to enquire how long my wait would be I kept being told not long. Which would have been ok, as I understand they were busy, however animals who were triaged after my animal and were of equal or lesser urgency than her were seen first. I actually think we were completely forgotten about. I waited at the door and along came a vet who picked up the file, took a quick look and says this animal has been seen this file needs to be moved on. After I convinced her that we had not been seen, she came into the room, didn't listen to anything I had to say and proceeded to try and push a science diet on me @ great expense. After my time was completely wasted I went to the desk and was charged $272. I had to consult with another vet the following day who could not believe that a simple treatment was not given to relieve my cats reaction to the medication she was sent home with post spaying. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

This business is open 24 hours and is the only vet open on a public holiday. This was useful as my dog needed medical attention on a public holiday. It was an overall positive experience and staff were attentive and kind. The only reasons I am deducting a star is because it was very expensive (although understandable due to it being a public holiday), and we were not informed of my dog's progress while at the vet (although also understandable as they were very busy).

Recently we had to rush our little shih tzu Bella to the Broadmeadow emergency vet and I really cannot praise the staff enough for thier excellent, highly professional care of our much loved pet. Bella received treatment of the very best standard, we were kept informed on each procedure and everything was explained to us in terms we could understand. Bella was kept in overnight and I asked staff to update me through the night, which they did so it was very reassuring to know she was doing alright. Many, many thanks to Dr Geoff and staff for helping our Bella and we feel so blessed to have her home with us once more on a treatment plan which has given her a quality life.

We have used these wonderful people twice now in emergencies. On both occasions we have been so touched at the level of care to both our pets and ourselves. Words cannot express how grateful we are and we would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone else. The follow up care afterwards was equally as wonderful. These people are angels.

The staff provided a very professional and caring service when our Jack Russell was very sick. They explained things and kept us informed every step of the way, both of her clinical needs and the costs involved. Despite their "intensive care" we lost our dear companion, but we thank them for easing a very painful experience.

Compassionate, knowledgable staff with immaculate facilities. My fur baby was given the best of care.
