It was 4am when we discovered our had a massive allergic reaction, face fully swollen and almost not breathing. We called up, drove their and got in straight away. They administered treatment immediately and saved our dogs life. The Staff were brilliant and incredibly skilled in such a stressful situation. We cannot thank them all enough.

Our poor dog was bitten by a brown snake when we were not home and was in a bad shape after an hours drive from our home to the clinic. The staff were amazing both initially and in the following hours and days. Despite the late hour - 2 am - their professionalism, respect for us and obvious care and concern for our dog was to be absolutely commended. Everything was explained and any questions we had were clearly answered. Needless to say, she recovered and is doing very well, quite extraordinarily as she was very unwell. Thank you to everyone at the centre.

On the 1/11/17 you looked after our sick puppy George.
We were absolutely pleased with his treatment. He was obviously well cared for.

My cat was attacked by 2 dogs and was referred here by my local vet as her injuries were so bad. I have been well informed and kept up to date with her progress and I have always spoken to the treating vet when I have called. Excellent service, not cheap but worth it.

Customer service was brilliant, care taken at such a late time of night was also much appreciated. Waiting time was around an hour which is to be expected. Would highly recommend this organisation.

They see us and our pets at our worst. They are compassionate, caring and efficient. Given expenses of a vet can be considerable, I appreciated that staff made sure I was aware of costs before I drove in to Newcastle and thence when having the consult.

Tyson, in particular, is a gem. I hope his manner and quality of care is appreciated by the business as he is the kind of quality employee that every workplace needs.

Our cat, Meow, is fine. Gratefully, she didn't need more than a consult however I would not hesitate to use their services again if needed.

Very pleasant and helpful both on the phone and in person. Very caring about my dog and my concerns. Need after hours pet care, despite the distance I had to travel, to be available at all hours is marvellous. Highly recommend if you need advise or treatment for your pet after hours go to AR+EC.
