they were very professional and very courteous with our worries
and couldn't be more supportive when needed. we had a very sick cat that ended up having to be put down

One very stormy night our staffy got scared and managed to run right through some iron and ended up cutting from her eye right down her cheek. Apon arival at NAEC phoenix was seen very quickly and all fixed up for saturday morning pick up. The staff were very professional and ensured that our dog was comfortable and relaxed during her overnight stay.

On discovering my lil Dog had a bone stuck in him and that he was not able to pass it we contacted NAEC who were very helpful and suggested we bring him in, he was rushed off, the bone removed and given anti inflammitory medication to calm the swelling. Price was high but to be expected for an emergency visit however staff were very professional and helpful

The NAEC staff were extremely caring and professional and took exceptionally good care of my little man when he was bitten by a snake. At one stage we weren't sure he was going to make it, but they pulled him through in the end. They even gave me street by street directions on my way to the vet as I had forgotten the navman in our haste to get there quickly.
When we arrived, Milo was seen to straight away and was very quickly treated. It was inconvenient to take Milo to his regular vet during the day and the whole adventure was quite expensive but overall definitely worth it to have Milo with me today.

My poor dog was having trouble breathing early hours of Saturday morning, rushed him straight to NAEC, they took him out to surgery immediately and put him on oxygen. The vet then came and explained that he would need a tracheostomy and what that would entail and what the approx cost would be. He has been in there care for the last few days due to the tracheostomy and have been fantastic with him and with us and also encouraged us to visit.
Couldn't ask for better care. Thank you NAEC

Very caring staff. Went there with my dog who was having a lot of trouble in labour at 9.30 on a Sunday night. I, myself was very distraught, but the staff, took brilliant care of my girl and safely delivered all of her pups. (Even gave me tissues and hugs!)
