I realise these guys aren't the cheapest company on the internet - however if you're literally spending hundreds of thousands of dollars of your money you want to be certain as getting this wrong could cost you a lot!! Hence why i engaged Andrew at Action to conduct my report. The detailed information, time he took to personally explain his report and what it meant to me in terms of potential future issues gave me the power to renegotiate with the seller saving a LOT more $$ then an inferior report would have saved me.
