I had a building inspection done by Action for a residential house that my fiance and I are buying. It was exceptionally thorough and the ability to walk through the property with the inspector, so he should show me the issues, was a terrific bonus that I didn't expect. Total price for a 50 page report with colour photo's, description of issues and timeframe they need to be repaired within was $695 (incl GST).

The pre purchase building inspection was requested at short notice. Although they were fully booked they managed to fit me in. The inspection report was very detailed giving me plenty of information to make a purchase decision and to plan remedial work as soon as I occupied the property. They were well worth the inspection fee. I would highly recommend these people to anyone contemplating moving house.

These guys are very professional. They are perhaps a little more expensive than some, but when you consider the price of a house, it's small fry to have the job done well. Andrew spent three hours on site, he took me through everything he found, and the report was in my email that evening. I'd definitely use this company again.

Andrew has done three pre-purchase inspections for me now and I thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking for accurate building inspections when buying a new house. He is extremely thorough - twice the real estate agent had to give up and go away before he finished because the inspection took longer than they expected.
