Popped in for a quick coffee the other day. The skinny latte was a little disappointing, given the rave reviews I'd been hearing from friends - not quite as smooth and velvety as I would have hoped, and a little bit jarring. It was a very nice touch for them to include a biscuit on the saucer though! The chocolate milkshake was good, nice and cold - only issue was its consistency, it could have been a tad thicker.

Service was excellent and prompt, the waiter was professional - though I did notice that they only had one staff member on the floor and one taking orders, which was surprising given the number of customers on a busy weekend afternoon.

Was greeted with a welcoming smile as soon as I walked in, ambience was overall warm and inviting. Service was friendly and efficient - our coffees and cake arrived quickly. Coffee was good, although my iced mocha resembled more of an iced coffee - but still excellent quality. Disappointed with the glasses though, which appeared cloudy and a bit battered; and the plate, which was chipped. Cake presentation was good, though not as large, or good quality, as I would have expected given the price.

Went there with a few friends for lunch. Even though they were packed, staff still managed to fit us in, and were very pleasant about it! Service overall was excellent as well, most of the waiters were efficient and friendly (except for one girl, who was a bit short-tempered). I had the falafel wrap, while my two companions both had eggs (Balmain and New York, respectively). Food quality was in general acceptable but for the price, I would have expected something a bit better, both in terms of presentation and actual quantity. The falafel in my wrap was a little bit dry and crumbly, but flavourwise was good. Following this we had smoothies, strawberry for me and mango for my companions. They were excellent, with real fruit and were not too overbearing or creamy.

Went there recently for a get-together with friends. Service was excellent and prompt, our waitress was Asian and seemed to know what she was talking about. Quality of the food was not great though, but prices were reasonable so couldn't really complain.

Approximate cost: $17
