The food came out quickly for a cafe that was packed. Such a great vibe, and lovely staff. The food was great and not overly expensive. We had a lovely time. Will be returning again and again

Thought the service was pretty good. Nice coffee. The pancakes are very thin like crepes which isn't everyones idea of a pancake. Loved the banana & walnut bread with creme fraiche - yum!

The coffee is fantastic, We found some food was to be a hit and a miss. The service was fantastic and the décor not bad. My husband had the eggs benedict and he said it wasn't that great, I on the other hand had the big breakfast and shared it with our 2 children. We enjoyed ours. A family friend went to bath lane café a day before us and they said they didn't like it. I would only recommend this place for the coffee or a quick slice or cake.

Went there with a few friends for lunch. Even though they were packed, staff still managed to fit us in, and were very pleasant about it! Service overall was excellent as well, most of the waiters were efficient and friendly (except for one girl, who was a bit short-tempered). I had the falafel wrap, while my two companions both had eggs (Balmain and New York, respectively). Food quality was in general acceptable but for the price, I would have expected something a bit better, both in terms of presentation and actual quantity. The falafel in my wrap was a little bit dry and crumbly, but flavourwise was good. Following this we had smoothies, strawberry for me and mango for my companions. They were excellent, with real fruit and were not too overbearing or creamy.

Approximate cost: $16

Bath Lane Cafe is a cosy little cafe that opens early for weekday breakfasts and brunches. They serve fresh food and also have local gourmet produce available to purchase. Their servings sizes are very generous to the point that I often cannot finish my meals.

Approximate cost: $16
