I made an appt with these guys to quote me for wedding flowers. When I went in the owner was stripping roses and when I said why I was there she said 'that is next week' I insisted that the appt was for that day and she said 'well tell me what flowers you want and I'll give you a price' - without even stopping to look at me. I began to explain the type of flowers I wanted and she kept doing what she was doing, not looking at me and not writing anything down etc...I walked out. In the end I spent LOTS of money on flowers at another store where they sat down with me and discussed what I wanted etc...

My parents have been going here since it opened with just 2 doctors, my entire family go to the clinic and no matter who you see - they are all fantastic! I go to see Dr Wendy Barnett and she always rembers social things you have been up to and is the best GP I have ever come across

Every member of staff we encountered from cleaners through to specialist doctors were AMAZING, so kind and always had a smile and time to discuss anything with you without making you feel like you were being difficult. I would urge anyone to consider having their baby at FPH

We shopped around for the big items we needed for our baby - pram, change table, cot etc and Babytime beat EVERY price we got because they do package costing for you and when we had one store $50.00 cheaper, Babytime beat it by $10.00. Delivery was faster than they estimated and staff carry things to the car for you - FANTASTIC STORE!

I LOVE the cakes that Borg's make and they have lots of supplies etc for cake decorating, parties etc. We ordered a cake topper (figurine) for our wedding and had to wait over 2 months to get it - then when we called to see if it was ready they hadn't ordered it and we would have had to continue to wait...we went without in the end. A phone call to advise that there was a delay etc would have been better customer service.

I agree with all of the other ratings! I used these guys for some hard to source costumes for a performance and they were FANTASTIC! Also changed some rules around (when to pick up, prices, billing procedures etc) so that it worked for us. They were also serving a very difficult teenager when I was there and staff handled it with cheerful customer service!

Not for profit service for members of education sector and families. The staff are extremely helpful, deduct payments from pay before tax. They answer enquiries by email within 24 hours. The value is fantastic, much cheaper than any competitor and offers a huge range of packages. Totally recommend to anyone.
