I have just moved in to my new place and needed a locksmith to come and change the locks.

A friend suggested I call Guy from The Locksmith Guy and I am glad I did!

He was very friendly over the phone, was available at the time I requested and turned up on time (I was very surprised at this, given my experience with other tradies!)

He was very fast, changed all the locks and made all of the locks in the unit work with the same key! He also noticed a problem with two window locks and repaired them at no charge!

Not only did I like his knowledge and workmanship - he was a really friendly, down to earth person as well.

I would suggest that everyone who needs a locksmith - call The Locksmith Guy...I know that I will again in the future.

Approximate cost: $120

I called The Locksmith Guy to come and change the locks on my investment property after a changeover of tenants.

Guy was very friendly over the phone, came at the time he said he would and did the job very quickly.

I liked how he knew a range of options/products for me and even cleaned up after his work.

I will suggest everyone I know to use The Locksmith Guy and I will again if I ever need a locksmith again.

We just had the most amazing Anniversary lunch at St Kat's. I was a little concerned about booking here after reading the less than stellar reviews however we had an excellent time.

The staff were extremely friendly, the meals were fantastic! My husband wanted to steal the sauces that came with the KFC as they were delicious combined! We had dips which were full of flavour and the wait staff kept offering to bring more bread (not done in other places!)

The food was sublime, wine delicious, service outstanding! Already planning our next visit!

Upon paying our bill the wait staff even presented us with a small dessert with sparkler on it and writing 'Happy Anniversary' in chocolate with sprinkles...

Don't pay any attention to poor reviews...I don't know what their problem is because we had a wonderful time at St Kat's and are already planning a return visit!

10/10!!!!!

I had waxing done here last week and it was amazing! The shop is beautiful, staff really welcoming and most of all...knew their stuff!

I will be a regular customer and suggest you try it. Other products such as candles, hand cream etc are also gorgeous!

We dined in at this restaurant on Wednesday night and the service was outstanding. The prices are really reasonable and the food was fast, hot and most importantly DELICIOUS!

The staff made a fuss of our 2 girls which was really nice and we will be back without a doubt!

They also do take away but we haven't tried that (yet!)

Great price, service and food! Awesome!

I wish there was a section for NEGATIVE stars on the service and overall sections of this review page.

My mother tried to purchase a couch from there, on the webpage it says the lounge comes in leather...

1) goes to buy it in store and they say yes but leather is more...
2) my mother agrees to pay $1200 more for leather and selects swatch etc
3) gets phone call, can come in leather but can't switch from one side to the other (which is the feature of the lounge that it is variable) then says 'oh it can do that in leather but would cost more
4) gets told it is now an additional $700 for the leather to be done
5) gets a phone call to say 'oh that couch doesn't come in leather but we have another one that does' so understandably she cancels the order because she doesn't want another couch
6) rude sales person says 'I don't understand why you're upset'
7) another woman calls in the afternoon to say 'we have other nice leather couches why don't you come in store to see them' to which mum says 'I've been to your store, seen all the couches and the one I paid for is the one I like - just refund the money and cancel the order please'
8) gets an envelope in the mail which is a re-used window style envelope where mum's address is hand written on the top with their store stamp on the back - inside is a receipt (to show money is refunded) with the word 'done' handwritten on it --- no apology, nothing!
9) Called today to try to get email address of manager/franchisee to detail how she had been treated and ends up speaking to woman at the store who said she had done the envelope, boss wasn't in and she would get her assistant to tell mum her email address...mum says no she wants to complain to the manager and she says 'all emails come through me and we have nothing left to say to each other' and hangs up on her

All mum was doing was trying to spend over $3000 on furniture in the store and gets repeatedly treated like dirt....

Please spend your money at a different store they treated mum in such an offensive manner and there is something extremely dodgy about a company that refuse to give your contact details of someone in management.......

I had dinner here on Saturday night and had a fantastic time! The staff were attentive, and they serve my favourite wine (Momo Sav Blanc) by the glass.

We had dips to start and they were great it's always nice to see a decent amount of bread provided. We asked for a pizza which was a little different to the ones on the menu and were told that it wasn't a problem.

The highlight for us was the most AMAZING, HUGE and DELICIOUS (I keep thinking about it) lemon tart we have ever, ever had. Next time we might start with that and then have dinner in reverse to make sure we have enough room - honestly you need to try it, we have never had a lemon tart like it - truely superb.

This restaurant is fantastic and you'll have an awesome time - book now!!!

BEAUTIFUL venue, the setting is amazing and the staff were all really friendly.

We stayed in the new 'modern' wing which was black and white very pretty would have been nice to have a bath or spa in the ensuite - the bed was super comfortable and surprisingly the mini-bar prices were really, really reasonable.

The only thing that let it down was the cooked breakfast was really bad. There were only one other couple there (already eating their meal) and our options were eggs cooked 3 ways and sides.

It took a long time to get the breakfast and the eggs were as hard as rocks - totally hard boiled and inedible.

We suggest that you order continental breakfast on your visit because they were only cooking 2 serves of eggs and got both totally over-cooked. Disappointing when the setting and stay had been amazing apart from that.

We went here for dinner last night. The venue is gorgeous and the food was pretty good but what was disappointing was the service.

The staff didn't clear our drinks or ask if we needed more for our entire dinner and we had to call for their attention the entire way through when at times up to 6 staff were chatting at the register.

We noticed some tables were given bread rolls, but we weren't offered any and when our desserts came, we had no cutlery and had to ask twice to get some.

On a positive note the doughnuts with chocolate dipping sauce for dessert was great.

Overall - good venue but not amazing, better service from staff would make a huge improvement to the experience that you are paying for.

I visited here with my 2 and 4 year old daughters today and it was AMAZING!

It was easy to park and it was obvious upon entering that the place is amazingly clean...we even saw a staff member with disinfectant cleaning toys in the under 2 area!

The cafe section was the best I have seen in any place centre (in fact in most cafes!) because it was fresh, healthy and delicious.

My kids loved that there was an under 2 section with it's own ball pit - very important because they can get a bit scary with older kids mixing with younger ones.

A huge climbing area for older kids, books, dress ups, bouncing pillow, table games not to mention the buggy ride!

I ordered a bowl of chips for the girls and it was HUGE, enough chips there for 4 people (only cost around $4.00).

We had an awesome time and will be back for sure!

I suggest everyone check it out - Billy Lids is the BEST!!!

Approximate cost: $16.00 for 2 kids
