The service here is perfect. Twice now, I have rung and asked about a service, been informed that it is available, arrived shortly after, been served promptly and the job has been done immediately. Not only that, the results are terrific and the costs are very reasonable.
Today, I rang about having a poster laminated (approximately A2 size). I said that I would be there shortly and, when I arrived, the machine was warming off. The gentleman at the counter told me that it would take 15 minutes but, when I returned within 15 minutes, it was done!
I have been using the services of this business on and off for nearly a decade and I am always satisfied - whether it's printing, having a self-inking stamp produced, laminating...

$30 for a 30 minute camel ride on a beautiful beach with a knowledgeable guide. It doesn't get much better than that! I had a terrific time. Thanks, John!

We went for a late lunch of sandwiches and Caesar Salad. We also had two coffees and a couple of bottled drinks. The sandwiches were generous, as was the salad. Everything was fresh and the salad was so generously proportioned that a third was not eaten. The coffees (lattes) were decent and hot. It was crowded and busy, so there was a bit of a lag on the service, but it was pretty good, overall. The staff were courteous.

We were a large group - 8 children and 7 adults - so we didn't expect perfect service. However, we adults waited 90 minutes for our main meals. Most of our children had finished their meals and had their dishes cleared away before the adult portions made it to the table. Three of us had meals that were cold, two had veal that was so tough it couldnt' be eaten, three spicy/hot meals were bland and very disappointing (including an arrabiata sauce that had no heat at all). We paid a premium for dishes we didn't enjoy, that we had to wait 90 minutes to eat. The restaurant was noisy and crowded. On the plus side, there were paper tableclothes and textas, so the children were able to entertain themselves for a bit. Also, they did let us split the bill (we expected that we would have to pay one bill when we arrived), and the toilets were clean.

Angel visited our school in response to a query about a display fridge that was 'out of order'. He examined it, determined what work needed to be done, sourced the parts, performed the work and left us with a fridge in perfect working order. He did this all within three days, in preparation for our Community Festival at the beginning of November 2012. He didn't charge us a call-out fee and he didn't charge anything to look at the fridge in the first place. He charged use for parts and labour, to repair the fridge, and his price was more than reasonable. Throughout it all, Angel was courteous and professional. He worked around the comings and goings of pupils, teachers and parishioners. He liaised with several different staff members and a parent contact. He was terrific and it was a pleasure to interact with him.

Gary mows our lawns approximately once a month (on an 'as needed' basis) and does a terrific job. His charges are very reasonable and he is cheerful and lovely to talk to.

We visited the Enchanted Maze Gardens for the first time on 3 April 2011 and had a wonderful day. Particularly popular were the rope maze and the turf maze. Everything else also got the thumbs up except for the 3D maze, which one child skipped and one child was not impressed with. We took a picnic and ate in in the gazebo next to the turf maze. Even though it was cool and wet, we still had a lovely time and looked at everything. We even tried the Tube Slide! We bought lollies in the lolly shop and had a coffee (grown ups) and milk shake (kids) and spent several hours (10:30am - 3:30pm) enjoying the different mazes and activities.
The only thing that could be improved would be to have more places to sit with friends and have a picnic.
