Formerly Spot + Nosh when I first visited it, this cafe has always been improving. With excellent quality coffee and delicious gourmet offerings at what I think is a very reasonable price, they even offer take home meals, this is deffinently one to stop by and check out. The cafe has a very retro and trendy vibe with friendly staff and it's a great place to just sit and relax.

Visited this cafe when we were in the area and one thing caught my eye- Bucket Coffee. I of course had to try it as I love my coffee and boy was it big, a massive coffee and it was so inexpensive for the size and quality. I happily nursed that coffee for a long time and it was a great quality bean. The cafe is a neat, small sized shop with a cheerful and helpful staff which is very important to me. They served us quickly and with a smile and a laugh. I honestly can't wait to go back for my next bucket.

Stopped in here for some drinks and a light meal on a warm afternoon and we were lucky to get a park at the back of the building. Another popular destination and if you get a look at the view the restaurant offers you over-looking the ocean- you can see why it's usually so crowded! The restaurant itself it quite large, the building an updated modern take on a classic design. We were seen to quickly, the young ladies in the staff were wearing beautiful dresses and the men dressed sharp. Luckilly we got a table right at the window for full enjoyment of that view, complete with a sun shade that we could adjust at our leisure. Our drinks came quickly as did the food and whilst more expensive then average the quality matched the price and we were all pleased. The restaurant had a very relaxing atmosphere and we will most certainly be visiting again- would be absolutely wonderful to have a dinner here.

My friend and I have visited this place a few times but almost every time it's completely packed and we couldn't get seats- that simply atests to how good it is. When we finally came in on a quieter day we managed to get a table. The restaurant itself is absolutely gorgeous with it's modern architecture, smartly attired wait staff and the produce section on the side of the restaurant. This is deffinently a gourmet/fine dining experience so the prices reflect that, you get what you are paying for. There are a few Italian cuisines on offer but mostly it is traditional Italian pizza which both my friend and I ordered along with a coffee. The food came quickly and it was delicious, you don't think you can eat a whole pizza by yourself until you come to D.O.C, the ingrediants are so very fresh and the woodfired pizza is something special. Their coffee is of course one of the best I have ever had.

If it is just the two of you it does feel a little cramped sometimes but that's just because the place is so popular and deffinently a must if you're in the area.

When there's a bit more cash to splash on takeaway the Family and I buy from Pizza Fellas. While more expensive then the generic pizza stores you get what you pay for at this place. The base's are all about a medium thickness and I don't know what they do to make them so delicious but they're awesome. The sauce is rich and the flavours of the topping's themselves are always top notch. No complaints about the service, they're always busy and from what I can tell they just do their best but prepare to be patient on friday and saturday nights. Wish they were a little bit cheaper but would still recommend them.

Put simply I am TERRIFIED of dentists, sweating, shaking, wringing my hands the whole thing but I needed a wisdom tooth out and went to this local dentist. The facility itself gives the impression of a very modern, clean and professional environment with it's nice bright lighting colours and the staff are friendly and helpful. When I was finally with the dentist I found her and the assistant calming and I was even smiling and laughing with the girls. They didn't try to push any unneccesary procedure's on me which is always great and the dentist was very honest when it came down to what was going to happen and calmly explained everything going on as they removed the tooth. I prefer my dentist to talk me through things as it helps reassure me and keep me calm needless to say everything went well.

No one likes having a tooth out but the ladies made the experience that much easier and this will be regular dentist from now on.

My favourite Thai restaurant of all. Located conveniently on the main street with plenty of parking this large restaurant is traditionally decorated and you can't go passed those big wood carved front doors. The staff is a wonderful Family of people who are so friendly and great to chat to, it's one of the reasons we go there as regulars. The service can be a little slow on a busy night as there is usually never more then two staff serving tables but in my experience your food seems to come out super quickly from the kitchen and the food does not dissappoint. I always get the pad thai and I'm never dissappointed. Fifteen dollars for a massive plate of food, you get your monies worth. If you're in the area I'd give Poppies a try.

Decided to try this place out with Family recently and have been back a few times since, it's quite a small little restaurant so I'd recommend making a booking especially for those busy weekend nights but we luckilly got seats. The staff were friendly and the decor of the restaurant was very much on point, lots of nice traditional Thai decorations to look at while you're enjoying your meal. The food is excellent but you are let down slightly by the wait time for your meals sometimes, not to mention one person on our table got their meal almost a half hour before the last person received their's.

You can't beat the price though, it is incredibly reasonable and if eating in isn't your thing there is take-away. All in all we will be going back again, it's located conveniently, cheap and you get so much food for your money.

About a month ago I was looking for a pet to call my own and after some research I decided to buy a pet rat. I know I didn't want to go to a pet store, I had seen some rats in stores and they just seemed so scared and jittery so I went about researching a breeder. I came across K & K's on facebook. They gave great advice for a first time pet rat owner and their price's you just couldn't beat- they are even cheaper then the shops for well handled and friendly pets! We soon met in person to choose a rat and I fell in lover with a cute little white girl who was so friendly straight away and even squeaked and was happy sitting on my shoulder. Soon after taking her home well we went back for another rat so we could have two girls together. A month later and still no problems, we have two affectionate and cute little rats who have never bitten or seemed frightened of us.

The couple who run the Rattery genuinely love animals and they just want their rats to go to good homes. If you're looking for a reputable breeder in the South you can't go passed this one!

I visited Miss Bella with my Mother looking for THE dress after visiting several boutiques already. It is a nice, simple store in the heart of Boronia with a good selection of wedding dresses, bridesmaid gowns and debutant dresses but what made it stand out was the customer service. As a plus size woman wedding dress shopping can be a nightmare but the friendly, non-pushy staff put me so at ease and they really listened to what I asked for in my dress and they delivered. Turns out a dress they had new in the store that day that had never been tried on before happened to be just my size and exactly what I had always dreamed of wearing on my wedding day. The price was even better then I expected and I also bought my beautiful crystal covered veil here. It was just a delight to work with these ladies through my fittings and up til the time I picked up my dress I can't recommend them enough.
