When I went there I found that I was going to have to join because I live in the area (visitors are welcome) and money was tight at the time so the allowed me entry for a couple of weeks till I could afford to join. There is always a variety of events for entertainment and the meals are great and plentiful and cheap.

I recently bought some items there some of which I could not find. The staff when asked where they were helped immensely to find them or about them for me and also apologised when one of the items was no longer available and had no raincheck.

I have to go here on occasions but the last was for a new washing machine. Although they did not have what I wanted the staff was helpful and informative to the extent that they gave me another deal on a different washer at a reduced amount that I could afford and had the cash for to cover it.

I deal with blooms regularly for medications since moving to Orange as I have Some I must have on a regular basis. After moving here I checked out all the chemists in town and found Blooms to be the cheapest of all of them for prescriptions and most other things which I occasionally buy.

Recently we were looking for a new lounge suite with recliner chairs and could not find a suitable one especially as I am tall and needed one with a high back. Anyway loungesplus advertised one which we went to look at which turned out to be more than suitable and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful in the purchasing process. In the end they gave us an extra discount arranged for the delivery and even got it in 2 weeks earlier than stated. We were so impressed we also but a new bed there as well.

I was recently after a new washing machine and vacuum cleaner and went here to check out some things that they had on offer and others. After deciding what I wanted I went back and found that they no longer had that item in as they said it was a one off deal and started offering others at far inflated prices to the original and if I still wanted the other it could take upt to 3 monthe to get it if ever.

Recently I had to replace some whitegoods and other things such as microwave etc. As I needed a quote for some of these items they were very helpful in giving me assistance and supplying a quote for the items they had on my list and were very cheerful doing it. When I went back to obtain these items the were very helpful in getting things tohether and helping me through the whole process.

Being the main and biggest retailer of it's type in Orange I go there often to buy things and always find the staff cheerful and helpful. If I can not find something they are always happy to take me to the right location and help decide on the best item to choose.

A short while back I had to open a private account there even though I had been a customer for may years but only with joint accounts and the staff were very friendly, informative and helpful. They assisted me by asking questions to ascertain my situation and suggested the best account for me and gave all the information as to how they came to that conclusion which I followed. It also appeared to be a better deal than other banks were offering.

Did baking with them on my ex-partners request to save money and get higher interest rate. We had to transfer money to and from our bank account which was very easy and convenient to do.
