I went in to buy a mattress for my daughter, they were out of the one i wanted so i asked if i could have the one on show and was told by one eomployee that i couldnt buy that one, my husband went in 2 minutes after me and asked another employee and they were more then happy to help us out and sold us the one on show.

Recently we were looking for a new lounge suite with recliner chairs and could not find a suitable one especially as I am tall and needed one with a high back. Anyway loungesplus advertised one which we went to look at which turned out to be more than suitable and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful in the purchasing process. In the end they gave us an extra discount arranged for the delivery and even got it in 2 weeks earlier than stated. We were so impressed we also but a new bed there as well.
