I really enjoy shopping at Kmart, I am a mother of 3 and find good value for money with the majority of items on the shelves. There is room for improvement in regards to staffing, there never seems to be anyone around that works there when you need them and there are only ever one or two people on the registers even in very busy periods which is frustrating when you want to get in and out quickly.

when I am in orange its a place to go and have a look and pick up a few bargains and easy to find what you need or can always ask. have always liked kmart as they have a bit of everything there and normally cheaper than other stores

I always get good service in Kmart in Orange, the employees are very friendly and always willing to give you a hand. I needed help finding something in there today and had no trouble finding someone to help/.

Recently I had to replace some whitegoods and other things such as microwave etc. As I needed a quote for some of these items they were very helpful in giving me assistance and supplying a quote for the items they had on my list and were very cheerful doing it. When I went back to obtain these items the were very helpful in getting things tohether and helping me through the whole process.
