My 2 personal horror stories, based on the experiences of one man against the conglomerate that is Crick Auto Group. A breeding ground for dysfunction, incompetence
and dishonesty that is how I would describe the Crick Auto Group, Mercedes-Benz Sunshine Coast. After six years of aggressive and unlawful behaviour from the staff, I feel it necessary to warn others before they too fall victim to what I like to call, The Crick Auto Group “Lemon” Stand. A breeding ground for dysfunction, incompetence and dishonesty that is how I would describe Cricks, this my second lemon and I have over 4,000 other unhappy Cricks customers following me, Crick's ex-staffs divulged to me they were putting the wrong oil in their cars, overlooking warranty claims and targeting young girls and the elderly. Their latest scam, tyres are worn between 8,000 to 24,000km and they would book in 25 vehicles a day if they serviced 15 they would just charge the rest out. Customers are sitting inside their vehicles at Cricks workshop, when Cricks ring to advised that their Vehicles are ready for collection from the week prior which they were not fixed.
