I have been seeking help from Cricks Noosa for two months for my Jeep to no avail. Every other professional I have spoken to, auto electrician, mechanic, even a locksmith can tell me what is wrong with the car but Cricks are asking for a further $2,000 just to do more diagnostics. Still no contact regarding the initial query for a Jeep exchange Body Control Module. When discussing my latest issue, the guy was arrogant, and down right rude. Continuously spoke over the top of me, I had to hang up. I called the next day, asked him to listen, and although I managed to explain my concerns, he did not address anything I had said, only defended himself, I hung up on him again. Shameful.

We got a brand new ASX in 2017 and after taking out extra care for seats and carpets to be sprayed, which was not cheap. We found less then two years later the two front seats were faded. After reporting it twice we thought they would honour the warranty.
However, due to my ill health I was unable to chase it up until sept 2022. The manager said the two previous staff had left and its been a long time since I reported it. Although he was aware of my seriuos health issues and presuming I should check his staff hand over outstanding claims to other staff, he offered a small discount on a next service.
He can keep that offer sideways..

Its not my job to worry if his staff have left with outstanding jobs not being completed.

The staff are trained to obtain extra cssh from you, and I wonder if they pocket the cash and not did the spray or the chemicals were useless.

If I was you do not take out extra care for your car and if you are thinking about buying a new or used car from them find an alternative dealer. The manager knew I had major heakth issues including cirrhois. You will not drive away happy.

I challenge this dealer to fix the issue or I will let my review put potential customers in to the direction of a dealer that will not take advantage of you, especially people suffering major health issues.

Shame on this dealer...

Purchased a vehicle with towball, however no towball handover. I was promised one would be ordered the same day. 3 weeks later after couple of phone calls with promises of a return call which never happened a towball turned up. SURPRISE. Wrong one. I was promised by yet another staff member that the one would be order. 2 weeks later I again had to ring to follow up after being told by a further 2 staff members they would return my call as there was no trace of my towball. My frustration finally boiled over when I was advised by some hapless employee who decided to do the right thing and actually returned my call. Still no trace of this order. I eventually went back to the sales person who sold me the car who was the only person to apologise for the very bad service I had received. After sitting in a chair at Cricks I have been advised to go to the opposition to have the problem fixed and they will pay for it. The opposition is TJM on wises Rd who have advised it will only be a couple of days to arrange. They should let Cricks know who their suppliers are as they appear to be able to obtain these items in timely fashion. Goodluck with any follow up service if,you buy a car at Cricks.

Low level of service, I don't recommend

On Tuesday 28SEP21, the panel display of my Subaru lit up with a whole suite of warning lights, so I arranged for a diagnostic to be done on Thursday 30SEP21. The vehicle was brought in for an early start at 07:30 hrs. & I mentioned that I needed the problem solved at this point because I had pre planned a road trip to commerce the following week. At 09:56 hrs I received a call from the service agent to advise that they’d found ‘Multiple DTC’s relating to the vehicle battery’. He advised that they could charge the battery on their premises, but it wouldn’t be ready for collecting until early afternoon. I asked if it made any difference if I did this job at my home, since I had a working charger. He replied it’d be okay, & they ‘Cleared Codes’ & recommended that I charge up the battery to 12.6v. I subsequently completed a full charge & on Friday 01OCT21 did a brief run around in the vehicle, whereupon the same warnings lit-up again. I soon afterwards returned home & on Saturday 02OCT21, I called in RACQ to get the ball rolling in preparation for my upcoming trip. The gentleman performed a series of tests that delivered a ‘good’ result for the battery. Furthermore, an analysis indicated that the ‘oxygen sensor’ was amiss & would likely require replacement. The error codes were cleared again . This upcoming job is a necessary inconvenience. The fault should have been identified by this entity & fixed at the outset in-line with my stated requirements.

Purchased a brand new Triton in May 2019. Mr Crick has done an excellent job with training his staff. The staff culture is excellent, from sales to service. The staff are courteous and attempt to accommodate my requests. Well done Mr Crick

I have just purchased my third car from Cricks Sunshine Coast and I would recommend this dealership generally, and particularly the salesperson I have now dealt with twice - Matt Dugdale. Matt really listens to customers' concerns and goes the extra mile to provide the right vehicle and the best deal.

My experience at Cricks Subaru Sugar Road has been excellent. I’d especially like to commend Josh in the service Department. I had a problem and he sorted it for me quickly and with courtesy.

I have never had the worst customer service from the service department of Cricks on wises rd as I had today. Was told to be there by 8am to be able to catch the courtesy bus by the time I finished the paperwork it was 8.01, no bus, the job my under warranty car was booked in for takes 30 minutes, had actually done my homework, I am realistic and know it will probably be a couple of hours for the repairs, I was not even offered the use of the lounge to wait, the man was very condescending and actually rude

I had a 20, 000 klm service done and the 3 services in total the car has come back dirtier then it was when I took it in, after explaining to the check in female that I wanted it washed this time. Label on windscreen was pulled off and glue not removed i asked the Honda checker to put on a new label.
My Dash cam was disconected and wiring left hanging ( they do not want to be seen doing half the job that we pay for) disgusting.
When I asked the young guy why it was not washed he stated that it was, when asked why it was in such a mess he stated that they always wash down the Engine Bay and that's normal. I lifted the Bonnett and it had not been washed down. The care of our vehicles are a disgrace.
I had to ask for a Loan car and wait for 10 days to have a service just for the car, it was a total mess inside rubbish all over, dirty and grubby. Also was demanded i would have to pay $5000 EXCESS if I had an accident. Respect and training is badly needed in this business.
Will look into having Service done somewhere else.
