Crick's employees were told to post a good review on site due to the bad reviews they were getting 2 current and 1 Ex-employee told me this. One employee followed me halfway around the sunshine coast to tell me stories of destruction Cricks had been leaving. I have had so many bad reviews on Gary Crick Subaru and I have seen firsthand these cars at my customers mechanic workshop. New lemon laws 1/9/2019 go from $25,000 to 100,000 in QLD.

and dishonesty that is how I would describe the Crick Auto Group, Mercedes-Benz Sunshine Coast. After six years of aggressive and unlawful behaviour from the staff, I feel it necessary to warn others before they too fall victim to what I like to call, The Crick Auto Group “Lemon” Stand. (Over 3,000 others victims)

WOW. Hard to believe for a car retailer but WOW. Their service was exemplary. There was no hard sell. The offer was made to buy with no pressure and only a follow up phone call later on to see if I had made up my mind. After sales service has been just as good with a few follow up calls to make I was happy with the vehicle I purchased. It was also nice to know that although they are part of the Garry Crick Group they operate quite separately from the other dealerships, where experiences haven't been so good with their sales people.
