Beautiful renovations, but the food is definitely over-priced and very few options for vegans or vegetarians. Very noisy atmosphere and security was a little over-zealous on the dress code. Obviously a popular place to drink.

We have had excellent service from Tom in the cycle area of Anaconda; ehlpful, pleasant and knows what he is talking about. I have also rung Anaconda to order an item and received a very rude reception from a lady on the phone, so I guess you get both types! Lots of sales and a good range of products.

I found the staff at Harris Scarfe at Arndale to be cheerful, pleasant and keen to assist; real customer service. Good range of course and well set out. More Aussie-made items please!

A lovely new store has certainly made a difference to HS. A wide range of clothing which is nice, though I didn't find the staff overly pleasant (Christmas/sales stress I guess). Well laid out store; would be great to see more Aussie-made stuff on offer though.

Quite a large store within the Myer Centre. Pleasant staff with a decent range of stock. I would have loved to have seen some Australian made items for sale here, but otherwise a good experience.

What a pleasant surprise to see so many customer service staff! All delightful and friendly (and also helpful!). I picked up a couple of bargains today, but was particularly pleased to see a store that had so many staff (such a rarity). I hope they did well in today's sales.

Certainly a crowded little shop but they stock a good range of vegan shoes which I appreciate. Staff have always been pleasant and helpful and they often seem to have good sales going. Worth a visit when you are next in town.

We have always enjoyed our visits here, but last visit was a shocker. Breakfast a-la-carte menu was cancelled and we could only purchase a $20 buffet breakfast (not good for a vegan!). Our drinks order was completely forgotten and my meal was dropped into my handbag (lots of cleaning required). Not likely to revisit.
