Ordered 4 items online from Harris scarf, 3 were damaged or faulty products. I bought 2 electrical items, 1 was warped/dented and the other a cooker with glass chipped on the lid and scratch on ceramic base, 1 ladies bag was poorly made which had a gapping hole inside, and the last item was a scarf. No problem with scarf. Delivery was quick but caused more hassle than it was worth. Had to send it all back, minus scarf. Would avoid online purchases from Harris scarf as the stock has been opened before, and not checked prior to sending.

I found the staff at Harris Scarfe at Arndale to be cheerful, pleasant and keen to assist; real customer service. Good range of course and well set out. More Aussie-made items please!

After spilling coffee on myself on the way to work, I had to pop in to Harris Scarfe to get something else to wear for the rest of the day! The staff were lovely and very helpful. Pretty good range of clothing (much better than in the past) and I was grateful they opened at 9am (however, 8.30am would have been better!). Worth a look.
